Why am I getting fluid build up when I hang? Is it due to my wrap being improper?

You’re still doing a lot of volume, right? And you’re hanging fairly heavy sets comfortably?

If yes to the latter, I can’t imagine it’s the wrapping that’s wrong. Maybe it’s normal with a lot of volume without daily breaks?

Yes I’m at 22lbs and usually 2-4 hours a day. I do not take breaks unless I absolutely have to.

I only hang with 7-8 pounds for 10 minutes two or three times a day presently and I get fluid build up at the base.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I even get fluid build up from wearing an extender.


Girth gains for better sex, length gains for a worthless ego boost.

GOAL: 6" EG

I’m still getting fluid buildup even though I thought it was just a temporary response to starting hanging again recently.

I rest between sets and work the swelling a bit as well as get blood back into my penis, but I still see the swelling back when I finish.

It hasn’t effected my E.Q. Any though, and there is no discomfort so I won’t worry.
