First time hanger
Hey guys, I just tried hanging out for the first time tonight and just gone done with it a few minutes ago. Tell me if I did everything O.K. please :) .
I started out putting my captn’s wench on, then put on 7.5 pounds, I read in another thread that 10 was too much to start out with. Anyways, I just stood around (its quite boring, but worth it, maybe I should have turned on the tube or something :) ). Around 5 minutes in, I looked over at my weight bench, and read that stretching it outwards is good for beginners so I waddled over there and put the weights over the leg workout part of the bench. I eventually started rocking back and forth, I thought that I could keep a strain on my penis the entire time, and give it a couple seconds of a stronger pull. Then I went back to hanging straight down for a couple of minutes, then looked over at the actual bar on my bench. I went up and hoisted the weights over the bar and it pulled my penis upwards (for tunica correct?) and after a minute or so of that I rocked back and forth. All together it lasted somewhere between 13-17 minutes and went pretty well I think (maybe I’m an idiot?). Is it O.K. for the head to get somewhat cold? I figured thats normal considering all the weight hanging off it.
