First time hanger

Hey guys, I just tried hanging out for the first time tonight and just gone done with it a few minutes ago. Tell me if I did everything O.K. please :) .

I started out putting my captn’s wench on, then put on 7.5 pounds, I read in another thread that 10 was too much to start out with. Anyways, I just stood around (its quite boring, but worth it, maybe I should have turned on the tube or something :) ). Around 5 minutes in, I looked over at my weight bench, and read that stretching it outwards is good for beginners so I waddled over there and put the weights over the leg workout part of the bench. I eventually started rocking back and forth, I thought that I could keep a strain on my penis the entire time, and give it a couple seconds of a stronger pull. Then I went back to hanging straight down for a couple of minutes, then looked over at the actual bar on my bench. I went up and hoisted the weights over the bar and it pulled my penis upwards (for tunica correct?) and after a minute or so of that I rocked back and forth. All together it lasted somewhere between 13-17 minutes and went pretty well I think (maybe I’m an idiot?). Is it O.K. for the head to get somewhat cold? I figured thats normal considering all the weight hanging off it.

I would only hang in one direction, and since youe just starting out, you may as well go for some quick lig gains by hanging all your sets straight down.

If your head is getting cold it should be something you pay attention to because it could be a bad sign. When you say cold how cold is it? Is there a color change? Numbness?

I really don’t get it. Hanging is the same thing as stretching, and every newbie start with some stretch. I don’t say to start hanging with 10 lbs, but hey, the principe of stretching is to put force/pression on your unit to stretch it, and so is hanging. You put on X amount of lbs to stretch your penis. That’s it. The only thing you want to watch is bad sign but even if you are a newbie, with a good wrapping and technique, and low weight to start with, you will never get these signs. Just my .02 $.

Sounds like you’re having fun over there… :)

Many guys have reported bruising when hanging upwards, or OTS, so if you’re just starting out watch that one. Good job on keeping an eye on your head temp, and keeping your weight and hang time low to start with.

OK, third attemp at this whole “replying” thing, my computer keeps restarting on me.

Real quick:

3 months of PE’ing, just haven’t updated.

Not going to hang up or straight-out any more, taking Red’s advice on hanging straight down.

Head was not discolored or numb.

I got ace bandage for wrap now, before i was using a thin piece of cloth that went around a little more than once.

Going to try again tonight for 20 minutes if nothing goes wrong, in a couple days of doing this will up the weight to 10 (I feel comfortable with 7.5).

I wasn’t sure what to increase. But I’ll try adding 5 minutes (or less?) every night or every other night and then go up to 10, then do the same thing, maybe every 2 weeks or something up the weight, then up the times, etc.

Good idea?

Each set should be 20 minutes or under, depending on circulation mainly. Don’t stretch a set to 25 minutes, try doing two 12-15 minute sets instead. Only up the weight as a last resort. If you can get gains from 7.5 pounds, do that as long as you can. The idea is to gain length, not to see how much weight you can hang from your dick. :)

Is the weight a personnal thing or there is a number of lbs that is getting dangerous for the penis ? Correct me if Im wrong, but the hardgainers have hard ligs, tunica, therefore need more weight, correct ?

I think its a little of both. I’m no expert but it would make sense that the ligs and tunica on some could be harder, and require more weight. I guess it would just be try and see how much gives you a result. I posted this on the first try of replying, that I went to the bathroom today, and call me crazy, but it seemed bigger, I didn’t want to say anything because I know it just doesn’t happen like that. Anyways I dont think weight could be a personal thing, unless you were trying to break a record for the most amount of weight hanging from a penis or something. Thanks for the support guys, and I’ll let you know after a couple more sets how its going. Somebody else please answer his questions because I really dont know what im talking about (yet ;) ).
