As we speak I have 7.5 lbs on. First I did 15 minutes and then took it off, waited a minute, watched a little porn, got an erection, and clamped, while I was clamped I masturbated and ended up ejaculating while clamped. I would NOT combine hanging & clamping.

It sounds like you have a good grasp of hanging; stick to that alone (with maybe some light jelqing thrown in) until all your gains from it have dried up or your goals have been met.

Ok. I just re-re-read 1 of the bib hanging thread and found that weight is a personnal thing. Bib said himself that you, and only you need to find the weight you need to get fatigue in your ligs while not getting your glans cold. You need to slowly add some weight until you find the perfect spot to get this fatigue.

I’m a little woriied.hmmm.

I hanged again today and I felt fatigue for the first time, as mentioned in another thread, if you straighten your back it gives a real good tug. I hope to continue hanging, although I dont have a whole lot of time (max 2 15 minute sets) in a day.

Man you start out high dont you. I started out at 2.5 pounds after a one week PE career. I moved up to 5 lbs and I am staying right here for the forseeable future. Why do you bend down to type? I sit on the edge of my chair and let it hang down. Or I throw it over either legs and let it hang.

As far as the weights go you guys would not believe my setup. I have a 4 station pully style weight machine, and I use it for PE. The pull down bar I hook it to my CCH3 and I get a verticle up stretch on my penis, then I can turn around while still attached for over the shoulder. I can basically turn 360º and hit all upward angles with this setup.
Then I move overr to the row machine where the pully is right near the floor. I use this for verticle down pulls (like normal hanging) nad mainly for between the cheeks. I hook up to it and again I can turn 360º. While facing the machine I turn and step over the cable. Now I am facing away from the machine with the cable between my legs/checks. I can slowly apply pressure.

One thing I would not recommend is how you are rocking the weight. You could get a serious injury doing that becuase 7.5 lbs can easily become 12 lbs or more if you swing it!

I dont swing at all, whenever I walk it swings alittle but I stabilze it with my hand. I sit in a chair while I am hanging. I started at 7.5 pounds for a while and didn’t give a good enough pull I dont think, so I upped it. I’ve been doing PE for a lot more time than what you said (2.5 after one week) and think I can handle it alittle more.

I appreciate the concern guys. I’m very cautious, if my head gets too cold I take it off and let it go for a while, or if it gets tired quickly. I also dont hang that often. Maybe 2 or 3 times a week if I’m lucky enough to get the privacy. Length isn’t my primary goal.

On a side note I’ve had a idea for a hanger that I plan on perfecting and hopefully finding the materials to build it. I’ll make a 3d model of it later and post it.

I’ve only ejactulated while clamped a couple of times, but was clamped pretty loosely.
