I hung three sets of 15lbs. for 10 minutes. I had to adjust my wrapping at the first try, but after that all went well. My unit is pretty used to being tugged on thats why I started with the heavier than normal weight. If I can find the time I am going to continue. I also grabbed the ruler just for the heck of it and noticed my dead stretch was a .25” longer. I was wondering if that was normal after hanging? I have never stretched to 7.25” before. Thanks for any input.

But I don’t know if anyone told you, the weight doesn’t matter, it’s what you feel…what did you feel?

YOu don’t have to start heavy to gain…this is static tension, not weight lifting……Make sure you feel it ligs if you did feel anything…

I’ll have to second what BBS said…that is way too much weight to start with, start with 5lbs max maybe even 2.5 and work up from there. get a feel for things there is a learning curve with hanging and it’s a smoother curve with lighter weights.
