Finally gained 1" by hanging

As some of you may have read, I am a notoriously hard-gainer. My ligs want to toughen. I have finally had a breakthrough and hit the one inch gain mark, which I hope will not be the last. The methods I used are NOT for newbies, however. Here’s what I had to do:

Since I suspect that I am one of those people who develope adhesions and scar tissue more than average, I have to first get a breakthrough, and then make sure I keep it. Bib said that piss pulls would at least break adhesions—for me it takes much more. My hanging angles have to be extreme in order for me to divide and conquer. I put one foot up on the desk while hanging straight down and slowly do the equivalent of lunges.

I start at 23 pounds and move up to 32. I DO NOT move down later. When it feels likes I should, I hang less, but then as soon as I get used to it I move back up. I HAVE to or my ligs won’t give in. I have to feel them stretch, then the tissues somewhat shear and let down, and then some of the ligament fibers break. This is not so comfortable, and I simply must use DMSO—not to aid stretching, but because it instantly kills the pain. If I hang at night, I MUST hang in the morning and I always feel the adhesions breaking to get me back where I was the night before. Then I wear Monty’s weights at 2 1/2 pounds all day. I always end with orange bends, jelking or something to make sure that my unit it plumped back up, or it wants to lick it’s wounds. I try to stretch A stretches during the day. I DON’T want to overwork my dick until it feels feverish—my fbpel goes down. I have gained 1/2 inch in 6 weeks with this method. I also do some long curve light erect bends which extend into the inner penis.

Hope this helps someone who is a hard gainer.

By the way, hanging with one foot elevated stretches the ligs to the crotch and past, up into the beginning of the inner thigh. I think the longer the length of lig stretched, the more area “gives” and loosens up. It also causes some shearing of tissues.

Congrats on that 1” gain. I know I’m gonna be throwing a party when I feel I’ve finally hit that mark!

That’s a hell of a lot of PE you’ve been doing. About how many hours a day do you thing you have been hanging? (Not including the all day light weights)

Thanks, Ziggaman. I do 3-4 sets a day at 20 min. Plus the other bends and stretches—more sets on any day off from work. I wish I could do more, but I also want to do as much as possible without truely overworking my penis.

I started at 6 1/4 and am now at 7 1/4 bpel, but can kegel it to 7 3/8. Have gone from 4 1/2 ” girth to 5.20 midshaft and 6” base.


Swinglow, you emphasized this, but your routine is aggressive enough that I think it bears repeating: Swinglow’s technique is not for newbies. Hanging is an advanced, or at least intermediate technique. It should not be done until your dick is well conditioned, you’ve studied as much as you can, respected the advice of those who have hung before you (start here) and you are sure you are using proper technique and good equipment. Start with very low weight, like five pounds or less, and work up slowly, learning as you go. If you have questions, just ask, either by posting in this forum or private message.

Also, remember that we’re all different (like delicate little snowflakes — and I’m thinking particularly of Twat and Dino). Just because someone can hang 32 pounds, or 23 pounds, doesn’t mean you can, should, or ever will. Some guys, like me, have had good gains hanging with half that much weight. Do what works for you. Respect the cock.

Question: how do you know that you are “breaking adhesions?” Is it a feeling you get?

Yes, it is a feeling of smaller fibers breaking. Bib said you have to get past the limiting factors by stretching or breaking, and that they would sometimes heal weaker than they had previously been. I am just feeling what it is like to break through a limiting factor—literally. The DMSO REALLY helps in that regard with the discomfort. One could review Bib’s description of a rope and not all fibers being equal in length, etc.

Nice. I am probably going to start hanging within the next year. I am working on gathering wench materials now, and will probably start in the near future.

As an addendum to your hanging take a look at Lost Guitar’s thread about hard gains. He made the same kind of breakthrough using fulcrum techniques that broke up his ligs and it finally gave him gains. I attribute fulcrums to much of my gains. When the weights on that’s when the fulcrums really bust up the ligs status-quo. They work best when applied while hanging because then they are a non-specific static thing. Are you applying any aspirin or ibuprofen to slow down healing? You know that will cause a slowdown of collagen buildup and keep you loose as well. It also makes it easier to get your rings on after a hard workout.
