Feels like I'm pulling my prostate.......

Hi all. Long timer here. Still get concerns though. I’ve been getting some better than average hangs in lately and am feeling a distinct pulling sensation behind my testicles. I know most will say yes this is your tunica stretch, but I can’t help but wonder what kind of damage you and I may be doing to our internal structures(prostate, bladder,etc.) If the ligaments aren’t taking the brunt of the force from hanging then the penis and the other structures attached to it are. So which is tougher the penis or the internal structures. If the penis is tougher that means the bladder and prostate are going to be ripped out. This is really worrying me. Something is carrying the load. Is it the penis or…. bladder and prostate? Which is going to stretch first? Hell of a gamble. I’d really like to hear some thoughts on this.

All your lig attachments to the pubic bone must be so loose to feel the pull farther back inside your body!
Were your ligs surgically cut?

Nothings going to get ripped out, just stretched out. So it stretches your prostate - if that - and that’s no big deal.


Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG

What angle are you hanging, Stretching? That might help us to understand what’s happening.

Chickenchoker…..No my ligs have not been cut. The last time I checked I still had some good LOT left, though I don’t rememeber what it was. I’ll have to recheck.

Para-Goomba…..I’m hanging straight down from a seated position, but I change hip positions to focus the pulling force to the right side, to the left side and I lean forward to make the weight pull slightly outward. Details………..While seated I lean my body to the left and sit mostly on my left buttucks causing the pulling force to be focused on the right side ligs. Then while still seated I lean my body to the right and sit mainly on my right buttucks causing the pulling force to be focused on the left side ligs. Then while still seated I lean my body forward which causes the force to pull my penis slightly outward and down. I spend five minutes in each position then take a break. This focused hanging really gives a nice pull and leaves me sore. I hope this was clear. If not I’ll be more than glad to try to explain again. After all I’m the one asking for help.

I’m going to take a stab at this.
I think you are moving around too much.
You might be pulling muscles.
Pulling, as in straining.

How much weight are you using?

Hanging, as far as I understand should be a passive stretch. Let the wieght be a static force.
1)Stick to the basic angles
2)Get comfy
3)Let it hang, and
4)repeat steps 1-3

If you did rip out the bladder and prostate, you would be the first.

You are incorrect about your anatomy. It is not a matter of whether the penis or prostate is tougher. The penis is held in the pelvic girdle by collagenous tissues. Anchored in there. It is not attached by means of the prostate. The bladder should not come into play. It is attached only by the Urethra, which will stretch as easily as a blood vessel.
