Is it a must to feel fatique after each hanging session? Should I always struggle to get that fatique feeling?

You should always struggle to get that feeling, yes. Then you know for sure your changing your penis. I personally don’t think it is a must in all situations, but if you want to grow then try to get fatigued.

What do you guys mean by “struggle?” Should it be hard to reach fatigue?

At first its a struggle. You have to deal with the tearing feeling in your skin, close to the base. Also you have to be used to the device that’s clamped to your penis. Once your used to those two things, you have to figure out what fatigue is, and how to ride it out for 20 minute sets.

Always? If you are into serious hanging, you want to know the feeling of fatigue is ‘within reach’ without having to push for it. If it is within easy reach all the time, you are not getting enough recovery. If you have to really push it to get the fatigue you may be taking too long between sessions. There is a balancing act between time/intensity of each individual session, and time between each session. That is personal to each person - you have to watch your PI’s.
