extender+hanging or better try solely extender first?
Hey all. I’m on a month summer break after having done many stretches ullis and jelqs. It grew like half inch. But I think is time to hang since I think ullis have toughen it up.
I lack of privacy and my plan is to use an extender consistently (thinking about a vacextender like pmp) and hang like 1 or 2 h at night when I get good privacy. That can be from 3 to 5 days a week….
Should I first give a try uniquely to the extender first?
I am afraid using first the extender will toughen up the ligaments and will hinder a future hanging experience.
What do you think? I know Monty used peweights with extender.
