extender+hanging or better try solely extender first?

Hey all. I’m on a month summer break after having done many stretches ullis and jelqs. It grew like half inch. But I think is time to hang since I think ullis have toughen it up.

I lack of privacy and my plan is to use an extender consistently (thinking about a vacextender like pmp) and hang like 1 or 2 h at night when I get good privacy. That can be from 3 to 5 days a week….

Should I first give a try uniquely to the extender first?

I am afraid using first the extender will toughen up the ligaments and will hinder a future hanging experience.

What do you think? I know Monty used peweights with extender.

If you are going to hang, I think it is more practical to use an ADS of some sort rather than an extender. PE weights, for instance, can provide a similar amount of force as an extender, but are much less of a hassle, are easier to conceal, and will apply the force to the same tissues you target while hanging BTC - probably your starting angle.

You could, however, just try an extender first completely by itself. Just try your hardest to maximize the time you use it each day. I don’t think this will toughen you up too much for hanging, especially not in your ligaments. Extenders simply do not apply enough force when compared to hanging to cause toughness in your connective tissues that a hanger cannot overcome. And the force they due generate is primarily applied to the tunica, not the suspensory ligaments.

I would like to hear from people that used extender and then used hanger after it. regardless they gained from extenders or not.
It will depend on my privacy and time…. If I see I will b able to hang every day, then I will use ads.

On The other hand, if I cant I would like to hang like 2 or 3 days to speed up the extender gains and use that device everyday. Does that make sense?

I starting using an extender in 2013, I was off and on in 2014. I’ve only gained 0.5”. I just got a hanger around Christmas. I haven’t cemented anything, but I use my extender after hanging every now and then. It’s too early to tell, but the stretch is noticeable. I’m noticing about a 0.3” increase after my penis relaxes.

Soooo, is it good to do both? I’ve noticed I have to rest a day to get things back to normal so far. I’m doing 7.5#’s and 1-3 sets. I wear my extender for about 3 hr’s. I do about 100 jelq’s and I guess 25 stretches every other day.

Sorry, the 0.3” increase should read 0.1875”. I’m not a great measurer.

I like your routine and I’d try it deifnately. However I live with my family adn I aint got privacy. I dotn understand your routine man. 7,5#??? and what is 25 stretches?

I really don’t know what i’m talking about but I personally think that keeping the penis stretched would be an good idea, since tribes make ear gains that way lol.

Thanks bro, your one of my many motivators. Naw, just simple stuff. I saw someone on here do #’s for the abbreviation of pounds. I just do as many BTC’s as I can, or fowfers as they call them on here. I’m still new to hanging, but when I’m not hanging, or when I’m interrupted during a set, I’m extending. Like I’m doing now, and it feels so so good. I did 2 BTC sets this morning, and looking forward to the rest of my hang sessions today. I don’t think I got to 6 sets yet.

I understand. It was just experimentation w/ SO. I saw a post that Blink said you should only do high angles after 6 mo’s, but I grew desperate. So I wanted to do them, but now I’m starting to develop patience again. I’m focused bro, please believe. You’re right though, w/o the hanger my focus did lac. This was only because I haven’t been able to add a secret weapon…….soccer socks. I have been looking at these in person, I want to use these when I take my extender off at work. To be honest, I just want to do SO a little until I get a pulley set up like Longerstretch. That’s what I was saying last time bruh.

why dont you hang SD and BTC mate? what hanger do you use and how do you use your sock?

I do BTC and SD. I’ve been doing the extender since ‘13. I just kind of like SO, but I’m just cautious about my EQ. So I just try to stick to the script. I thought you were suppose to do low angles for 6 months?

My sock? You mean RSDT? Well, I just preheat w/ a putty heat pad. Contemplating on hw soon to do the RSDT.
