Agree with me. Though I must say I’m not noticing the extra skin when I’m not hanging. Not yet anyway.

Thanks for taking the time to explain this. I realised about pulling the hanger away from me as well whilst tightening. That’s a major important step. I do everything exactly as you said except I have the foreskin about half way over the head.

Do you use a BTC position? I dislike the arrangement of the balls. They make a part of the penis at the base stick to the left or right usually so I balance the hanger on my bum to make sure I hang straight down in that BTC position.

It’s the first time I have hung today, I remember this post from reading yesterday Rentor, when you say ” SWEET SPOT ” your absolutely spot on.!

For you guys having problems with the hanger slipping, wrap the best you can, tighten it up then push the hanger a little forward, tighten a little more, and move it a little forward, it will come to a slight stop, tighten a little more and you have cracked it.

I am a pretty experienced “hanger”. What I’ve found works best is to wrap completely different than the majority of circumcised guys. What I do is allow my foreskin to be over the head and I wrap starting from the base, 2/3rds or so up the shaft or so, and then back down to the base.

Wouldn’t the size of your flaccid dick depend on how close you wrap to the base? Also do you not stretch out first when you wrap?

I totally agree with the people saying tighten and move forward till you hit the sweet spot.

My major problem at the moment is a small piece of my wrap gets caught in the teeth of the hanger when it’s tightened. Then I later realise that a very small bit of skin is in that wrap and gets pinched very severely. I’ve tried wrapping tighter but it’s still happening. I would like to avoid that as it can be pretty painful.

I use the Captain’s Wench. It does me good. ;-) If you’re having trouble with yours, I’d highly recommend putting a Captain’s Wench together. I could even make one for you if you pay for shipping. I put diving weights in a cheap plastic bag with a zipper from Wal-mart and hang them from one of those miniature clips that rock climbers use. Seems to work pretty well!

By the way, my flaccid is usually pretty long; that’s why it goes about 2/3rds of the way up. Obviously I use the same piece of wrap, so if my unit isn’t hanging as long as it does normally, then my wrap may go nearly all the way up my shaft. In either event, the hanging works out just fine.

That’s so incredibly nice of you to offer. I really appreciate it but I think I’ll get used to my bib in time. Just working out a few kinks and thought I could get some pro tips from other uncut hangers here.

Most of the time I think I’m hanging correctly but I guess only time will tell when I get sore ligaments and gain.

When I press down on my fat pad, kind of in the area of the ligaments my left side is quite sensitive, the right isn’t. Is that fatigue? Because it’s not the same kind I got from manual stretches. So does hanging fatigue feel different to manual stretching fatigue?

I had this problem before too. You know what, I actually sometimes use like a pen or something to push the wrapping down.
Sounds stupid, but it works for me.
Just push the wrapping down while you tighten. Use your fingers, a pen etc.

I think you just have to find your sweet spot. And that goes for the foreskin too. If mine is covering the glans it hurts after a few minutes.
You simply just have to find what works for you. Halfway is ok for me, but not more.

I usually hang straight down and sometimes lift my legs to get a more intense stretch. Sure, the balls get in the way sometimes and it can
cause the hanger to tilt in various directions. I found that placing your penis totally straight in the hanger helps. If it’s not a major tilt I don’t care.

The sessions I just had I think I didn’t wrap tight enough so there was a slight space between the wrap and my skin (as the girth varied from being normal to stretched out). Anyway I pushed the wrap down but then it digs in. I think I’ll just try to wrap much tighter.

I often think I put my dick in the hanger totally straight but often when I’ve finished hanging and stand up I notice my head is tilted to the left or right. It’s odd how that happens.

I would of thought so. The more skin you have ahead of the hanger the more skin near the base will need to be stretched. But hey if you can’t hang comfortably any other way it’s got to be done I think.

Skin stretch at first is normal, it doesn’t mean the lugs arnt being targeted totally, as skin stretches more you will find the ligs will follow

Attach at the base and pulse push forward with a kegel but small only.

When you find the hanger has gripped the shaft you are ready to give a little turn before putting on the weights.

As you drop the weights slowly tighten some more

The skin should be over the glans and not pulled back if you are uncut

When wrapping you pull it back all the way to the base and wrap an inch behind the glans, then when you have made a pass with the under material let the skin go, the wrap should end up just behind the glans, if it overshoots or gets caught under the glans then all you do is fold the end bit back in itself forming a lip. This helps with the hanger gripping also.

If anyone still has tips on anything hanging related and are uncut I could still use some advise.

Un-cut hanging

I am un-cut and it CAN be pretty painful until you find a system that works for you, this is my method.

1st wrap (12inch sweat shirt) stretch the gland out in front of you (thumb n forefinger) pull foreskin back off gland and pull a little of the lose skin back to the base (pubic bone) this lose skin is going to move forward anyway when you attach the weight.

Start the wrap about 1 1/2 inch OR a bit more back from ridge, I swap between keeping a hold of the gland and gathering SOME of the lose skin back to the base, wrap towards the base a little (I use 3 1/2 inch wide wrap) then tape.

My foreskin actually rides foreword over the gland after this BUT buy wrapping like this you have set the wrap in a good position and you should have some gathered skin set near the base, Same when wrapping the Theraband (I use 3 1/2inch Theraband wrap) then tape.

Bib hanger, I pull foreskin back so I can grab the gland with thumb n forefinger and stretch penis out while attaching hanger about 1-1 1/2 inch back from gland, I press thumb down on shaft while tightening hanger, be for completely tight give it a few tugs (see Hanging 101) then thumb again while I tighten fully, test with a few more gentle tugs and attach weight and tighten again until you feel it will hold the weight.

This is my method, you are correct there is hardly any information on hanging for un-cut guys, this has been very frustrating!! After finding my method after 3 months of hanging I can start with 15lb for my heaviest set before decreasing for up to 6-20min sets so I must be doing something right here, but it really is experimental experience.
