Expect Normal but Asking About Lig Feel

Hang for ~8 weeks and currently hanging 10 lbs BTC. 2 sets am and 4 sets pm.

Question is, I can feel an expected soreness (throughout the day after hanging) on the right side of my growing but no soreness at all on the left side. This is not a sharp pain, just normal soreness.
This kinda makes me think that I am not getting any lig stretch on the middle or left side.

Is this normal for being 8 weeks in at a lower weight? Will this change down the road as the weight gets increased?

And not sure if it matters or not but I also have a really high exit point… hence the BTC angle of attack.

If you’re consistently only getting an ache on one side, I’d suspect the hanger is twisted - could be an issue of attachment technique or how the hanger is sitting between your legs.

I’ve often experienced your issue after days when I just plopped the hanger down BTC and didn’t pay attention to whether or not my penis and the hanger were twisted one way or the other.

To combat this, I now always vary the position by twisting my hips and alternating the position of the hanger between my legs. There aren’t many positions going btc, so i think it only makes sense to vary as much as possible - centered, to the left, and right. Especially in those first few sets to loosen everything up, then focus on a centered position on the last few.

Could be your ligs are tighter on the sore side, too. Only time will tell. If you’re hitting failure at 10 pounds, I’d expect you’d feel soreness on either side and also trailing up into the lower abdomen if your technique is spot on.

Don’t you want to change hanger to vacuum extender? Because they for sure enlarge you in one straight direction. Check the common type of extender like this one https://uvipe.com/

There are a lot of crap PE contraptions on the market, my personal belief is UVipe is the worst of the crap.

For vacuum caps stick with Phallosan Forte and Lingam (water vac). It also looks like LG is decent but their pricing is double the market and the market is already ridiculous pricing.
