Hello everyone, i am new to pe, i started with doing a jelqing/stretching everyday, but then found that hanger is much better for me. I just started hanging so no gain as of yet, but the best thing about hanging is it leavs my hand free. So anyway, i made a hanging device, and started doing it a couple of days again. I get a erection everytime i do it though. I remain hanger despite this but was wondering if A. will it cause damage? and B. will i get any gains, i want length gains the most. Any replies would be helpful, thank you!

Do not hang while erect.

I had a similar problem when first starting out. Try attaching your hanger but only tighten it slightly.

Do not add any weight.

Leave it on for 10 minutes or so, then you should find that as you get used to the sensation your erection will go down.

You can then tighten and add a little weight.

This may take a few weeks but you should get the “hang of it” if you excuse the pun.

I do some dry jelqs and uli’s and then wackoff. This of course takes care of any wood while warm up and stretch.
