erection......
Hello everyone, i am new to pe, i started with doing a jelqing/stretching everyday, but then found that hanger is much better for me. I just started hanging so no gain as of yet, but the best thing about hanging is it leavs my hand free. So anyway, i made a hanging device, and started doing it a couple of days again. I get a erection everytime i do it though. I remain hanger despite this but was wondering if A. will it cause damage? and B. will i get any gains, i want length gains the most. Any replies would be helpful, thank you!
