Howdy all.

I’ve been consistently doing my more intense PE routine now for close to 7 weeks and I find my Erection Quality isn’t great. I’m going to throw a few facts out there that may or may not contribute and maybe some of the more experienced guys can lend some advice.

My routine as follows:

10 Min Rice Sock/Testicle Health Massage + 150 pulls (to help with the turkey neck)
6 Sets Hanging with my Bib Hanger for 20 minutes (Still at low weight, only using 8lbs recently)
10 minutes Wet Jelq
(600+ Kegals during Hanging)

I find the base of my penis and the ligaments are often sore. One or two days in the last 7 weeks I cut my sets short due to this.. say 3 sets instead of 6.

At the end of my 20 minute hanging sessions the head of my penis is certainly a differently color than the rest, darker.. and a bit colder.. but after a few seconds of massaging after the hanging its completely normal. I don’t think this would be tissue death or anything like that, I monitor it pretty closely and imagine this is normal for someone who’s attaching 8lbs to their penis for 20 minutes.

I find my erections are less frequent and less hard which may be a sign of over training. Morning wood isn’t happening.

I recently made two pretty big medication adjustments to try and help with this. I was on 150mg of Effexor (anti depressant) and 1.25mg of propecia daily. I now take 75mg of Effexor and 1.25mg Propecia on M-W-F. After initially making the medication switches I felt a big improvement in EQ and then it kind of wained abruptly which makes me think it has more to do with my PE routine rather than solely the medication.

No problem with erection during sex.. condoms don’t help and I do much better standing or on my knees rather than on my back. Im assuming these are blood flow issues.

So what I’m leading to believe is I may need some PE rest every so many days. 3 days on, 1 day off? I’m not sure what the next step is but I wanted to give ALL the facts before asking for advice. I know its been recommended by Bib, whose hanger is great and seems like a great guy btw.. not to miss any days hanging is possible.. But I think my EQ might be telling me I need some rest.

Thoughts Please??

If testosterone levels are down it can affect EQ

I’m getting my T tested again but I was great a few months ago on even more medication so I don’t believe its that but its being looked into!

I’m surprised more guys don’t have more to say about EQ.

You know if you do to much kegels and overdo that muscle your EQ goes down.
I had that problem before and did tons of kegels each day. Then after some research and reading about kegels. I quit doin kegels to my EQ was good again..

This is a muscle that needs rest! If not your EQ and stamina goes to the negative side.

I only do max 10 minutes of kegels exercises seperatly from my PE sessions. Then I have 2 off days sometime more a week when I don’t do any kegels at all.. even when I PE.. nothing those days!

And the most important when doin kegels is to learn the “squeeze & push (reversed kegels)” technique. It’s very important to do the reversed kegel after you have done the basic squeeze kegel to relax the muscle. If not you can get in to trouble..
Let’s say if you do the squeeze part 5 second you must pause 5 seconds before you continue with the reversed kegel. The paus between the two is always that long you do the squeeze.

Since I begun doin this kegel technique my EQ is much greater than before :-)

If you haven’t doin this! I highly recomended it.

And also.. do you take days off from PE every week? Or just days off from Kegaling?

I take off days from manual exercises but I wear my ADS 7 days a week.

Reverse Kegel’s are unuseful if not dangerous stop despacing nonsense thanks.

Do you suggest anything in particular Marinera? Some kind of a training split thats worked for you or others?

Whats wrong with the reverse kegel marinera? Do you have any evidence that its unsafe?

What I have read is the reversed kegel good to do after the original squeeze kegel. For me personally, since I begun doin the squeeze kegel followe by a reversed kegel to relaxe the muscle. I have notice a positive effect on EQ and when having sex. And when practicing edgin for example is this technique good to learn..

If you think it’s nonsense marinera I want a explenation why it’s? You can’t say it’s dangerous without a explanation.

Yes and I have posted it before so I’m not going to post it again. Beside that just plain common sense should suffit, reverse Kegel’s is just putting effort in pissing when there isn’t any piss to be put out. And what reverse Kegel’s should accomplish anyway?

To relax the muscle, you just have to relax the muscle. I know it is astounding, but that’s it. A reverse Kegel’s isn’t about ‘relaxing’. By the way the correct form is Kegel's, because the name comes from the doctor who first publicly spoke of this exercise.

Yes maybe but I think it’s more than that! Read this and say your opinion. I feel this doin good for me anyway.

The push is extremely important, it is the reciprocal of the squeeze. It is fully relaxing and extending those muscles, moving them through their full range of motion (and over time, extending that range of motion). If you are only squeezing, you are progressively and repetitively flexing the muscle, without relaxing it. It would be similar to doing an arm curl with a weight, but only ever moving from fully contracted to 3 - 4” away from your shoulder.

There is very little benefit to doing ‘half Kegels’.By exercising the full range of motion, you truly strengthen the muscle, and over time, extend it’s range of motion. Also, for male-bodied people, you will use a combination of squeeze and push to delay orgasm during vigorous sexual activity…
