Erection Quality Issues// Hanging with Bib// Days off?
I’ve been consistently doing my more intense PE routine now for close to 7 weeks and I find my Erection Quality isn’t great. I’m going to throw a few facts out there that may or may not contribute and maybe some of the more experienced guys can lend some advice.
My routine as follows:
10 Min Rice Sock/Testicle Health Massage + 150 pulls (to help with the turkey neck)
6 Sets Hanging with my Bib Hanger for 20 minutes (Still at low weight, only using 8lbs recently)
10 minutes Wet Jelq
(600+ Kegals during Hanging)
I find the base of my penis and the ligaments are often sore. One or two days in the last 7 weeks I cut my sets short due to this.. say 3 sets instead of 6.
At the end of my 20 minute hanging sessions the head of my penis is certainly a differently color than the rest, darker.. and a bit colder.. but after a few seconds of massaging after the hanging its completely normal. I don’t think this would be tissue death or anything like that, I monitor it pretty closely and imagine this is normal for someone who’s attaching 8lbs to their penis for 20 minutes.
I find my erections are less frequent and less hard which may be a sign of over training. Morning wood isn’t happening.
I recently made two pretty big medication adjustments to try and help with this. I was on 150mg of Effexor (anti depressant) and 1.25mg of propecia daily. I now take 75mg of Effexor and 1.25mg Propecia on M-W-F. After initially making the medication switches I felt a big improvement in EQ and then it kind of wained abruptly which makes me think it has more to do with my PE routine rather than solely the medication.
No problem with erection during sex.. condoms don’t help and I do much better standing or on my knees rather than on my back. Im assuming these are blood flow issues.
So what I’m leading to believe is I may need some PE rest every so many days. 3 days on, 1 day off? I’m not sure what the next step is but I wanted to give ALL the facts before asking for advice. I know its been recommended by Bib, whose hanger is great and seems like a great guy btw.. not to miss any days hanging is possible.. But I think my EQ might be telling me I need some rest.
