Edging after Hanging

Edging after Hanging

I was advised to do edging after my 3 hour hanging session. I believe that edging after a workout helps with expansion for girth work, but will it also assist in increasing length gains? Do you do any type of erect stamina work after hanging sessions? Is there evidence to back up that this will help hanging gains?

Currently my routine consists only of hanging.


03/2018: BPEL 5", MEG 4.4375". 05/2020: BPEL 6.1875", MEG 4.4375".

11/2020: BPEL 6.4375", MEG 4.5".

Short term goal: BPEL 6.5", MEG 4.75". Long term goal: BPEL 7", MEG 5".

The question still remains, does edging after a hanging session help with length gains?

I don’t know if anyone will be able to provide you evidence in either direction. The idea is that edging floods the penis with blood and increases circulation, both of which in concept should assist in the healing and growth process. In addition, it’s best to mitigate post work out contraction (turtling), edging for some can assist with this.

Test it out for yourself. Do some hanging with and without post edging sessions. If you feel like you are hanging the same and not experiencing benefits, maybe it’s not necessary for you.

A lot of times the evidence is qualitative and not quantitative. Such is the nature of the world of PE.

With all this said, others here with experience in hanging might be able to provide greater evidence for you or thoughts on this subject.

For someone who has never hung before to take the time to comment, and an insightful one at that, means a lot. This is a great community and I hope others will add to this level of helpfulness as well. I know I will. I am learning a lot.

I don’t think it could do anything but help with length gains in some way. Whether that be from an increase in cells that promote healing, continued expansion of the tunica, or some other means. Increased blood flow is always always always a good thing.


Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

I edge after everything. After hanging I edge to do erect exercises and between stretches.

I don’t have any numerical value on how helpful it may be. Just a check mark that it is.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I do a 20 minute erect bathmate session with a cock ring on after hanging whenever possible. I have gained good girth so far from this and my EQ quality stays good.

That did make me laugh but I know what you mean. You, sir, are someone I aspire to. I get too carried away most times and I forget I’m edging. Damn porn! but yes, I truly believe, if it gets the blood flowing after a workout, then it has to be beneficial.

I hope I can gain a 1/3 of your gains, regardless of time. Thank you for the inspiration.

Wearing one of LG Hanger’s girth bands after anything and all it has done is produce a big flaccid looking penis. (for me)

In my mind, this translates to a good thing, even if its temporary but if it produces something different, and you like it. Then may well let it continue!

I consider edging key for hanging because it’s static. Your penis is in one position being tugged for from 20 minutes to an hour. Some level of numbness and cold usually sets in.

Beware too much edging. A trick that helps kill porn addiction? Close the porn and keep edging. Roll onwards with the power of your mind. Cool down and stop the orgasm. These are control moments you can create.
