I am hanging with Bib, i finally can hang correctly without the hanger dropping to my head ( learned how to squeeze the blood out of the head and gland). I am currently hanging with 5lbs and I tried to move up from 5 to 7.5 ( add a 2.5 lb plate ), I screwed BIB as tie as I can, but it dropped to and almost thru my head within 10 sec. Is the bib to big for me? Should i get the bib starter? I am sure i tied to hold thing as tie as possible and still maintaining having the top to bottom gap ratio.

PS: I am 6.25-6.4 erect and have 5.3 girth, don’t know what the problem is.

Also the weird thing is, I am seeing more girth gain than length, and i have only been hanging.

What about your wrapped girth? Did you have enough leeway in the hanger to tighten more, or were the teeth completely meshed? If you tightened all the way, you may have to add a little wrap.

Also, you must tighten more than once. In fact, I always tightened two or three times. Realize that after you let the weight down, the shaft will stretch, and become somewhat smaller in girth. That is why you must tighten again.

With your girth, you should be plenty big enough for the regular Bib. However, the Starter is easier to learn with. Also, have you tried toeing-out the hanger?

Eh? Bigger, I can honestly say I’ve never had this problem before. Once I’m done tightening and let it drop, I’m fine. Is this normal?

It was not normal for me. Or maybe it was at first. I can’t remember. It seems like the problem did not start up until I got into heavy weights.
