Does Jelqing hinder Hanging results

I have not started hanging as of yet. i need to build my device first however, I was reading a thread with regards to jelqing effecting hanging results is this true. I am working on length, however, I a trying to balance out my workout and produce both Girth and Length.

No it will help length gains from hanging due to increased blood flow. Do normal jelqing and BTB jelqing, and do it AFTER your hanging sets are done. Its great fun because you often get a temporary increase in FSL after a few hanging sets, and when you jelq it to high engorgement it is rather motivating.

10-20 mins after hanging will do fine, or do a little more if you are interested in girth gains now. I personally recommend you leave girth workouts until you have gained a fair amount of length.
