Does hanging kill your EQ?

My morning wood is 110% but I am finding it difficult to achieve erections in the evenings.

I recently (a month ago) dropped porn cold turkey and will never go back, but I’m still failing my wife too often.

I think the withdrawal from pornogrsphy is a factor as all my reading suggests a month or six weeks before neurochemistry adjusts enough.

Any thoughts?

I have done a lot of PE.. And tried everything. The only type of PE that I noticed a directly negative impact on EQ were clamping and pumping (but clamping was the most dramatic). The first few times I tried manual clamping, my dick died for days at a time. I was less scared and more intrigued by it though. As time went on, I got more interested in the phenomenon as I would notice the effect down to the actual set. 2 sets clamping good, 3 sets EQ fully gone for days at a time. I’ve worked though it all though. My current routine (actually did this today) goes like this

1-light clamping and porn to get a balloon effect
2- hang 15lbs 10 mins straight down, then go right into BTC for 10 mins
3- Pump at 5hg for 10 mins
4- clamp multi clamps for 5 mins

I repeat this 2 more times and the only change is that, instead of hanging down and BTC, I do my hanging sets straight UP. I do this by laying on my back, attaching the hanger to a rope that runs straight up my stomach, over my face(not actually touching my face) and over a chair behind me. I’m experimenting with straight up/over the shoulder angles right now as I’ve noticed and done reading on the fact that my dick is MUCH longer when it is pointing down then it is when I pull it up to my belly button.

My EQ is down but I have also gained 18 pounds in the last few months and I was heavy to begin with. Plus due to spousal issues I believe my porn usage is way up for more than a year now. So I wouldn’t be surprised that the porn is also having a negative impact. Hanging is just one of the potential variables that might be affecting me.

When I start losing weight and working out I expect things to return to normal but only time will tell.

Hanging has helped my EQ.

Hanging generally boosts my EQ, and is a reason I will always do it. Though when I am trying to gain length and I work up in intensity and duration, I can see my EQ drop around those times, but then it comes back when I lighten the load.
My thoughts to offer are, add weight slowly when you’re working up for gains, and get plenty of direct sunlight on your skin, and what I mean by direct is that it’s not through something like a window.

PE can enhance or harm EQ, though there are plenty of other factors to consider that will have a direct impact on your average EQ. I found quitting porn made me have hard erections during sex much more commonly, but what really brought them back like I was 12 was shutting my internet off, having no tv, and really not exposing myself to any female form, clothed or unclothed.

Pumping has been the only PE activity that negatively impacts my EQ.

When i used to hang i had really great EQ. Quitting porn dropped it to the ground before i had positive results from this lol.

I think its the porn quitting rather than the hanging, but you can try to quit hanging for a week and see if it helps.

By the way a-UNIT, how’re things with the wife?

I noticed that clamping ruined my EQ as well. Being hard for that long is fatiguing.

I notice that if I have morning wood for too long ( a few hours) then my EQ is shot throughout the day.

I guess that we only have so much stamina, and if its spent one way, the other way will suffer .

Wish I had the balls to quit porn. Maybe someday. For now, I jsut fucking dig it too much

Hanging was a little than extending was. It did decrease my EQ within say 2 hours of hanging but my erections were still 100% whenever they should have been.

That said, similarly to the other thread your had, I expect there to be some sort of trade-off or ‘thin red line’ between EQ and gains.

It’s been a (long) while, but agree with others that hanging was great for EQ; pumping horrible. I’ve never done much clamping.

I’ve only been hanging for a month, but I noticed that it destroyed my EQ. I’ve actually stopped for the last two days due to some discoloration and I noticed immediately that my EQ returned, so I think I just haven’t yet figured out how to wrap and adjust properly.

First of all, hanging with what kind of device? Second, at what frequency and intensity? Hanging 2 or more hours per day 5+ days per week for several weeks, and a significative weigth, kills EQ. Short sessions of stretching/hanging can raise EQ, but if you do them everyday after several weeks likely you’ll se a decrease in your EQ.

The disclaimer is of course, that everyone is different.
