A newbie is conditioning the penis for more stressful exercises later. The 1 day off is allow healing but in the future you’ll not want the same form of healing but reach a point where you begin to control and work within the healing process to continue growth. Newbies are conditioning not only physical tissues but psychological aspects of penis enlargement.

An ADS is an All Day Stretch device. There are many variants out there - a search will pull up many threads devoted to self-made ADS devices. For example, hanging (say ~1 pound) via golf weights (or even Monty’s weights: http://www.peweights.com/) “all” day or pulling the dick down the thigh (see http://www.autoextender.com/penisst…nstruction.html for an example — note: I have not ever used this device, but I do use their vacuum hanger).

So with the ADS system, are they saying it is necessary to use ADS in order to gain? Or is it just a quicker method to it, to add it along with your daily hangs.

The answer may depend on the individual. I believe that most think that keeping the dick in it’s extended state during the healing process (between heavy hanging sets) is very important for getting gains. In other words an ADS might not be entirely necessary for gains, but without it you might gain at only 1/10 (just pulling that out of my a**) the rate you would have gained with it. This all depends on what makes PE work — here’s an example thread about just that: Putting A Finger On The Science Of PE

By the way, unless you think you have hit a plateau, it seems that your current routine is working well (from you Sig), and I would be careful about changing it.

The whole point of an ADS is that it give you flexibility. Give that our lives have interruptions and bumps and curves in our daily routines and ADS will make possible the loss of several heavy hanging sessions and not complete a healing cycle which would be detrimental to gains. An ADS acts like an insurance policy. If your routine is a daily clockwork affair that you can maintain without interruptions then you have no need for an ADS, but most of us can’t predict what the future holds, so they are just nice to fall back on.

If your going to have an extended period of no heavy hanging sessions then just wear your ADS over a period of 72 hours and your probably done with your healing cycle and can even drop the ADS. At least when you come back to your routine again your gains will have been solidified.

Yes, I want to change the sig soon….hopefully. OH wait, you mean change my routine. I gained how I gained by doing something that I haven’t read about here yet. I hung in the straight down position for about 3-5+ minutes, and then I gave a good, hard tug to my dick head for as long as I could stand. And I could increase the weight amounts quickly without thinking about any fatigue(as I knew nothing about it at the time). At least, that’s “why” I think I gained so soon. I have noticed though, my girth has gone down .5 since I have been concentrating on hanging only. I jelq maybe once a week.

Thanks for all the input guys! Telling my significant other about my PE routine is not an option.. One of her exes, who she said was actually “small”, was obsessed with stretching it. She said she had no problem with his size and loves mine (even though I don’t think it’s anything to brag about), but HIS constant worry and insecurity finally got her fed up and led to the end of the relationship.

So I suppose I will have to secretly continuing doing it (for myself), and leave hanging out of the routine, since you fellows think it won’t be productive doing it 3 or 4 days a week.

You don’t think “she” will notice if it gets bigger?? Come on. I guess it depends on how much you love the girl, mate. If she likes small(what you think) dicks, then what’s the problem? Remember, the average size of penis’s out there(that don’t do PE) is around 5-6 inches. Many women don’t want a huge cock inside them, it’s more about emotional shit. We are the ones that are “physically” attracted to the opposite sex. I’m not saying that “they” don’t want, or need to be physically attracted to us. It’s just not as important to them as it is to us. If you are gonna put a rock on her finger, then I suggest “not” doing PE…since she’s not with the ex any more who was doing it.

Ha! Well, she didn’t come out and say she likes “small dicks” she just said he was smaller, and she didn’t mind except that he was obsessing over it. Perhaps you are right, she is happy with it so why should I do it.. But it’s like the person that wants lose 10 or 20 pounds of weight that they put on, even if there sig. Other loves them the way they are and doesn’t care. Sometimes you do things for yourself, to feel confident, etc.

And from what I understand it’s not going to grow an inch over night, so if it gradually gets bigger I don’t think she’ll notice, especially not right away. I only want an extra inch or so anyway, not planning on robbing a bank with it or entering any pole-vault competitions!
