Does anyone kegel while hanging

It may be a naive question to some, but while hanging this afternoon I did some kegels and thought, why not?


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

That’s a good question I did a few times but not sure if its more beneficial not to kegel while hanging.

I do, I believe it does some good, adding weights to an exercise breaks down muscle tissue faster, making for a more effective workout, I don’t see why the same wouldn’t apply here as well, it’s essentially resistance training, but for the BC muscle. And on the flipside, I believe the “sudden jerk” of doing a kegel while hanging “spikes” the stress on the ligs/tunica, promoting micro tear development. All just theoretical ideas, but I like to believe they at least do something.

Goal: 9 x 6.5

No, puts too much pressure on the head off the penis. Feels like it circulates blood to the glans which is bad when hanging.

I kegeled during my last hang session this afternoon and felt nothing in the glans at all.

I kegel while hanging & pumping, and yes, kegeling has helped me turn into a “shooter”.

Kegel with weight is the key my friend. I can shoot a cross te room a d hit the wall. No joke. It didn’t take too long after keeling with weight for this to happen. You don’t need a lot of weight eighter. High reps and low weight is what I found works best. But don’t over do it. A pc muscle cramp really sucks.

Are you purposefully doing a kegel to shoot farther or is it just a result of having a stronger bc muscle? I’ve been trying to work on using kegels and reverse kegels to shoot farther but I can’t seem to get it to work.

It was just a side effect. I was doing it for improved erection quality. At the high point I was doing between 1000-2000 kegels a day. Those were non weighted and I did them trough out my day. Now I do around 100-200 a day to maintain.

You should read up on kegels, there are many benefits to doing them regularly, things like shoot farther, harder erections, more stamina, more control over orgasms, more intense orgasms, bigger loads, etc. I’ve been doing kegels for a few years now and let me tell you the first time I shot a big distance was the moment I was hooked on them, and the first time I laid a thick rope up my wife’s chest, across her face, and on the pillow was magical.

It take a while to see some results, so you may not have been doing them long enough yet, but if you have been at it a while, then you may need to up the intensity, do them hard and do a lot of them, do hard clenches, do rapid flutters. You’ll see changes eventually, just have to keep at it.
