Does anyone hang as long as bib

I read that bib/bigger hung from 7;30am to 4pm mon-fri.

Do any of you hang that long?

If so how have your gains been?

Jelktoid use to hang up to 5 or 6 hours a day and he also made great gains

I’ve been hanging only a month but no gains,
I’m guessing I’ll need to do more than 5-8 hrs a week.

That being said it is possible even with more time I may not gain.
This pe thing is depressing for a hard gainer.

Try to increase to at least 10 hours per week. Also remember to increase the weight you use by 1 or 2 pounds a week until you hit your max weight.

How do you know what your max weight is? I havent been increasing weight that much, I thought you wanted to wait till gains stop to increase weight.

I’ve been hanging on and off for a while now and at one point I hit 6.75” in length. I notice I only hit this right after I do a session of hanging. The next day it will go back to 6.50”. I also noticed I get rock hard erections right after hanging. I mainly just put on the hanger and let it rest on the end of my chair while I watch tv or play games. Its tough trying to wrap properly when your uncut…not exactly sure how it is if you are cut but I’ve read its easier. I do get some pain but mainly because when I’m done with a set and I unwrap I can see that some of the skin has been caught up in the wrap. I believe I may not be wrapping tight enough. I usually do 2-3 set of 30 minutes and definately no longer as the head starts to get cold. I’ve read its suppose to be comfortable but I could never find a way to hang and have it be comfortable enough for me not to notice but thats just me…something wrapped on my penis I will always notice. At one point I was able to hang with 10lbs which was a huge accomplishment for me but after I took a long(really long) break I started back up at 2lbs and am just now getting to 5lbs. When I did hang with 10lbs I could feel the pull from deep and I mean deep inside…there was also a burning sensation which felt somewhat pleasant like I was actually accomplishing something. I’m now back to hanging M-F about 3 sets every night of 30 minutes each…just enough time to finish a map in Enemy Territory.

You have to factor in a few things:

1. At least 10 minutes of jelq/squeezing recovery time.
2. Setting up the hanger and removing it.
3. Re-wrapping your dick and removing the wrap (I don’t think Bib removed his wrap- I remove mine after each set- so we’ll leave this one out for the moment).

Assuming you factor in break times with hanging time we have on average 40 min hanging and 20 min jelqing/restoring circulation per hour. If break time were factored in then the day looks something like this:
20/10, 20/10 20/10, 20/10 (7:30am-9:30am)
20/10, 20/10 20/10, 20/10 (9:30am-11:30am)
20/10, 20/10 20/10, 20/10 (11:30am-1:30pm)
20/10, 20/10 20/10, 20/10 (1:30pm - 3:30pm)
20/10, 20/10 (3:30pm-4:30pm)

With 180 minutes of resting/jelq time, that leaves 5 hours of hang time which is still a HELL OF A LONG time to hang each day- but if you have the free time and the stamina- then by all means, more power to you :) Bib recommended about 10 hours of hanging each week which on a 5 day plan is about 2 hours a day of hanging. I recommend hanging 2 hours a day if you can and get that 10 hours a week in. My ligaments didn’t feel sore until I did the 2 hours a day thing. (This is my 2nd week doing the 10 hours a week plan so hopefully gains will come in time).

If you do not feel a slight, dull, aching sensation on your ligaments usually towards the end of the hanging set, then you can go up a couple of pounds generally- or if you are not sore the next day then you can increase the weight also.

CamaroZ28… you can put in 30 minutes before your dick starts to get cold? Damn… mine gets a bit chilly anywhere between 13-20min (my max time is 20min… that’s all I’m sticking with).

I have done the all day thing. I was never able to accurately clock the number of hours of actual hanging (I’m simply not organized or interested enough) but I can say that it would eat up roughly 8 hours per day altogether.

Also, this “all day” hanging I’m describing was never at any kind of heavy weight. I would start out at my max (10-12lbs) and pretty quickly work down to half of that. I would then hang in what one might describe as an ADS capacity. The suggestion that guys not hang less than half their max didn’t interest me, so often I was hanging very light weight during these sets.

How anyone - Bigger or otherwise - could pull off all day hanging with heavy weights is beyond me. It is extremely trying and exhausting to apply the necessary focus required to do it and do it right. Injury always looms around the corner and distractions - even in the best of circumstances - are inevitable.

Ultimately, I cut my hang time down based upon personal observations and some of the info Wt2 noted. I felt better about PE and my energy for it seemed less susceptible to waning. And using less time had little or no effect on gains.

I can regularly get in 8 to 11 hours a day of hang time if you allow for my ADS time and my heavy hanging time. Of course that is light hanging i.e. 2lbs or 3 if I’m feeling self abusive and my heavy hanging is still around 12 to 15lbs. I only get in 1 to 1 1/2 hours of heavy hanging in a session with 2 sets of 20 min. More if I’m lucky but I’m doing good if I’m able to do a heavy hanging session 3 days a week.

It’s generally accepted that time is the factor that must be in the equation for gains. You cant increase weight to compensate for no time without risking injury. Lighter longer is safer and I think more productive over the long run. IMHO
