I’m uncut.

Hanging is more challenging for people who are so, and I understand that completely, but as it is a little more complex and after reading some threads on the subject I was wondering the following.

I’m hanging right now 6.5Lbs, I have a feeling of almost my whole groin being pulled, skin and also inside my shaft at the very base and further back.

This would lead m to believe that I am doing the hanging correctly.

But some of the skin on the groin high up on the top corners of the fat pad near the groin feel like the skin is also being pulled down, it’s very tight to touch.

Does anyone Else who hangs and is uncircumcised have anything similar. I am quite near the base with the wrap I have to be as anywhere the the glans and it slips off or hurts.

There is a constant burn right now and sweating a little, I was thinking that part is the fatigue, could someone explain on what exactly fatigue feels like, and what is too far over the line.

It sounds you doing it right.But you should play around a bit with the way you wrap,so that your hanger sits near/behind the shoulder of the gland.Try pulling the skin back to the base before you wrap and try and use theraband like material, it will improve the grip.Also, remember when hanging, you do have to adjust/tighten the hanger from time to time during sets.maybe, that is the reason yours keep slipping.

I have found the following to be the best solution. For underwrap use a 1” wide conforming bandage.

For the outer wrap use 1/2” wide theraband by about 12” Long. Grab the foreskin and pull it as far forward as you can when starting wrap. It ain’t easy cos you really need three hands. ( But it’s possible) Wrap enough bandage for a nice padded comfortable base, then tight wrap the theraband. Don’t go too far back with either

Wrap. If you can keep it to about 1.25” total width for hanger grip, that is ideal. When attaching the hangar, make sure it sits central and correct. Pull everything forward as attaching and make sure you don’t catch any

I always thought it’d be better to pull it back towards the pubic bone.. Why pull it forward?

Cause I’m uncut, It’s too uncomfortable hanging with skin pulled back for glans.

Ah ok.. I’m uncut as well I just thought by pulling forward it would make the skin stretch more. I’ll have to mess around with it more but I think I’m starting to get it a little better

My way of hanging is totally unconventional, but it has worked for me. I am uncut. What I do, I pull my skin back, very tight, leaving the glans completely exposed; then I completely fill the glans with blood, and start wrapping my cock behind the glans; the wrap is very elastic, so the constriction already keep the blood there. Then I put on top of the wrap a metal hose clamp and proceed to tighten up with an electric screwdriver. Before is tight, I install a tiny “s” hook at the bottom side of the hose clamp, then keep screwing up, very tight. I screw so tight, that the screwdriver starts slowing down; that’s my sign. Then hang the weight, hang for 30 minutes. That clamp is not going anywhere; you can hang a ton, your cock is going to rip off the groin before the clamp slides down. 30 minutes is the maximum I’ve found on the safe side for the blood trapped inside the glans.

P.S. The screwdriver is AA type battery operated.

Thats a surefire way to get some nasty discoloration on the glans or worse…

Why do you have to push blood out of the glans when you wrap?? When I hang my head tends to become darker and filled with blood. I try to push blood out but it doesn’t seem to work out to well.. Is this a serious problem or is it ok. I don’t get numb or anything it just gets darker?

Never had an issue like that. Myabe the only side effect is that my glans grew up from so much pressure.

There’s a few popular “safety” measures when hanging and PE in general. While all of them are helpful to keep people on the safe side, most of them don’t have a clear origin. For example what you mention is right; everybody always recommend to push the blood out of the glans before wrapping for hanging. Why? I don’t know, and don’t know either where people got that information; some personal experience? word on the street? who knows.

Everybody is capable of experimenting by themselves, always using common sense. If you’re going to walk on top of the water for the first time, you don’t go and jump on top of the water; you first touch the water with the tip of your foot to see if it can support you or not.

Hmmm.. I’ve done searches but couldn’t really find much. But thanks kinda makes me feel better since I thought it was extremely crucial.. Also I’ve heard of a skin pinch test. Can’t really find much about it besides that there is one. When you pinch the skin during hanging I believe your suppose to do it between the base and the end of the wrap. I can pinch some skin vertically but horizontally I have some trouble. Has anyone else heard of this or know what I’m talking about? I’m not sure how tight the skin should be exactly.. Is it to tight or just right? Any advice

Touching the tip of your penis gives a good indication of numbness. As soon as I can’t feel anything I take it off, but that never happens, I’m hanging about 6.5lbs and I’m stuck on that weight for about 3 wks, I cannot hang for more than 10 15 min so I’m doing only 2 sets daily followed by jelq.

I’ve only just hit the 6.5 BPEL. It’s not doing anything for my girth.

Which is fine.
