To reinvigorate bloodflow, jelqing between hanging sets is a must, in my opinion.

I generally use a jelqing motion for about five minutes between sets, with the caveat that I really never allow myself to achieve any sort of erection. I’d be a little wary about potential vein or skin sensitivities otherwise. It’s mostly just to fully restore circulation.
