Do I Need to Hang??
Hi, Im really new, and I would just like to know if Jelqing is a good enough routine in itself, or whether hanging is actually necessary.
I do 2 30 - 45 min Jelqs a day… is this too much for a noobie?
and if not will this sort of Jelq-only routine give me length and girth gains within a few months or will i most likely have to get into hanging?
From memory I’m currently between 14 and 15 cm erect lenght (sorry i dont know the abreiviations yet) and will be hoping to gain and inch.
