DLD Blasters and Hanging

I know that there are some discussions on this spread around the forums, but I want a new thread to specifically talk about this idea. I got a little gain with the BIB Hanger, but after going for a lot of weight for a few months, I backed off due to my fear of injury.

I am hoping the DLD Blaster used in conjunction with the Hanger can be what I need. I have tried it only a couple times using light weight so far. I think there may be something here.

Please throw in your experiences and gains in this thread. Thanks to Bigger and DLD for their great contributions to our efforts!!


I’ve noticed that doing blasters in BTC I dont need quite the weight as normal. I’ll strap on 12 lbs and do my own version of a blaster (hard regular kegel for about a minute and then straight reverse kegel) until I fatigue and then just hang regular until the fatigue starts to go away and then repeat the process. Seems to be hitting the ligs nicely. I have noticed be reading other posts that not all guys respond to blasters in the same positions. DLD’s original blaster has him lying on the bed pulling upward which would kinda simulate OTS. Neither OTS nor Straight Out blasters have any extra effect for me. It’s up to the individual to see which position works best for him, and consequently this could be analyzed as the position he needs to hang for optimal effect (at that time being)

I’m thinking of trying these. Let me get this straight, when doing a reverse keggle I let it hang while lifting up the base of my penis with, for a example two fingers. While keggeling I would release pressure from the fingers and lift up the hanger a bit. Does that sound right?


No, just let it hang and alternate kegals and RKs.

Do the blasters. You can probably get to where you do not even have to think about it. I have not figured out why the stress is so much greater yet. But there is something there.

Also, you know I always stressed the BTC angle. It worked for me. But other guys (low hangers) are having success at other ‘upper’ angles and OTL. You might concentrate on those for a while. See what happens.


I am going to “hang” around for awhile!! LOL

I think the combo of blasters and BTC may help me. I am also going to try some more in the straight out position. I am not sure I really get how over the leg and over the shoulder work without the weight being really diminished by the drag created by the rope across the leg or back of the chair, etc.

The variation of the DLD Blaster I use goes like this:

I follow what DLD said for the 1st part. Hand stretching - pulling penis toward my chest and do 100 1-2second kegels. Then I do a 1min continous kegel(pc flex) while pulling toward my chest. Then I put on my Bib hanger. (I do the next part standing)I hook on the weight (11lbs). Then I take hold of my penis (in between the hanger and my pubic bone) with 2 fingers and pull up. This creates a fulcrum stretch. I then do the 5sec kegels and 5sec rev kegels(between 50-60sets).

I get an incredible burn in the ligs, far more then I feel with regular hanging.

Just recently I began turing my penis on its side for 10 sets then the other side for 10sets (alternating every 10sets for 60sets total) This seems to “isolate” the lig on the right then the lig on the left. (atleast that is how it feels) I have been doing dld’s for (aprox) 4weeks and have gained .25”……I attribute most of this gain to the DLD variation.

Does my explanation make sense?

Yes it makes a sense. Do you give a big pull with your two fingers? Or is it light?

Hey guys,,,DLD blasters is great for hanging. But I cant do them while sitting!! What I do is:¨

1. Put on my hanger (swimcap) tight really hard attack s-hook and everything. I do this before warmup otherwise my glans will get full of blood which I cant get out.

2. Warmup, now I warm up with my homemade risesockwarmer. 1 min in micro and I wrap it around my penis.

3. Attach the weights sitting. I currently hang 3.5 kg (7.7# I think)

4. While standing perform the DLD blaster! I do 50 of five sec keggle/five sec rk (one DLD blaster takes 10 sec). So

10 * 50 = 500 + 5 sec pause between each (5 *50 )= 750 sec or

12.5 minutes.

As I do one hour hanging in morning and one in evening, 12.5 minutes is not much and I can really feel big difference when doing rk STANDING (with legs not to far away from eachother). When I did them sitting I felt it in the lower abs and lower down, it hurted too much in the end.

So I suggest u try doing the DLD blasters STANDING just those 12.5 minutes and then when finished u sit down again.

But one thing I want to ask is,,,should I do the DLD blasters when hanging both in the morning or evening? Could it hurt my workout if I do DLDblaster both in morning and evening,,is my pcmuscle not ready for that?

I pull up on the shaft (aprox 1inch) and hold it there, so that the top 2/3 of my penis (with bib attached) hangs down. I hold it up for the entire 10sets of kegel/rev kegel, then I change hands, and alternate to the other side of the penis.

I also do my dld’s standing. sitting pulls on my lower abs as well, but standing I get an unbelievable burn in the ligs.

I have also been considering doing the dld’s in the a.m. & p.m., but I’m not sure if this is too much…..

I dont think it would be too much work if you drop the weight for the evening session. Maybe you could try alternating am&pm and just am for a while tio see if you can handle the extra work.

When I am trying to hang and do DLD blasters I am finding that when I do the reverse Kegel I still get some “lift” on the weight. What I feel is that when I let go of the reverse kegal it feels like the weight drops a little. Is this normal? Does nayone else get this feeling? Maybe I am not doing th reverse kegel correctly.

Any help appreciated.

By the way, I was originally just trying to do hanging and DLD blasters with the weight hanging static. But after seeing Sean’s post, I am trying to do the fulcrum part of it also for ten minutes.



I’m a newcomer to hanging and DLD blasters and a relative newcomer to PE. So take that under advisement.

I have been hanging BTC using 7.5 lbs and have been experimenting with a few blasters toward the end of my sets. I have found the weights to move slightly as if I’m pulling them up during when I kegel, particularly if add some tensing of the abdominals. Then when I reverse kegel it feels like I’m pushing the weight out and down though I suspect this is more of a feeling than an actually movement of the weight.

I do get a different feel when doing these. It’s a little more intense after I rest for a few seconds after the reverse kegel than it would be if I were just hanging. That’s when I feel the stretch kicking in. I haven’t done hanging or blasters long enough (or probably well enough) to fully form a judgement as to how much they are of benefit relative to what I might gain from traditional hanging, particularly in the BTC position which is the only hanging position I’ve tried so far. But I know something is going on down there when I try them.

When doing the normal kegel do you squeeze the pc muscle at the base with 2 fingers and let go for reverse kegel?and could this routine be used when using a stretching device?
