DLD Blasters and Hanging
I know that there are some discussions on this spread around the forums, but I want a new thread to specifically talk about this idea. I got a little gain with the BIB Hanger, but after going for a lot of weight for a few months, I backed off due to my fear of injury.
I am hoping the DLD Blaster used in conjunction with the Hanger can be what I need. I have tried it only a couple times using light weight so far. I think there may be something here.
