Hey Guys,

I started back into PE about 6-7 weeks ago. I was mainly doing Jelqing and squeezing, mostly because I am focusing on girth and due to time restraints. I really wanted to start Hanging again, but I just didn’t have the time to get a really good hanging workout.

I read the post about DLD blasters and gave it a shot. I found that the begining part of the routine (the 2sec manual stretch with PC flex) I could do by hand very well. I then do a 1 min. hand stretch while flexing the PC for the entire min. But the next part (5sec kegel/5sec rev kegel) I just wasn’t getting the stretch I wanted. So I put on my Bib hanger, attached a few pounds and tried it that way. WOW! I could really feel the stretch.

I am up to 10lbs and can actually feel a burn in the ligs from doing these. I have only been doing it for the last 10 days, so I don’t know if I’m getting any length results yet.

Have any of you guys tried this? Or atleast tried a “fulcrum stretch” with your hanger?

Current (Jan 2013): 7.125 EBPL X 6"EG ~ GOAL = 7+" (anything more is fine) EBPL X 6.5" EG
