Discrete hanging at work
I have been doing this at work for a while and I thought I would pass the info along to the rest of you guys.
2 strips of theraband approx 15”x 1~1.5” long.
What I do is start a wrap 1/2” back from the glans with the theraband then after making 2passes around the shaft I put one of the ends of the other theraband in the wrap with the rest held out straight, one more pass around and bring the other end to the other side of the shaft then continue wrapping. I put the loose end under the last pass.
Pull up and either put on top of my head to hang SU or shorten the theraband and put over my knee *(approx 5mins per knee to stretch in different directions) and this simulates SO. If privacy allows you can also put the theraband on your foot and stretch your leg for a serious stretch.
I don’t know the force applied but I would guess 8-10lbs can be achieved and if your really serious you can use 2 bands for tension.
