I have been doing this at work for a while and I thought I would pass the info along to the rest of you guys.

Items needed

2 strips of theraband approx 15”x 1~1.5” long.
Bathroom stall
10mins

What I do is start a wrap 1/2” back from the glans with the theraband then after making 2passes around the shaft I put one of the ends of the other theraband in the wrap with the rest held out straight, one more pass around and bring the other end to the other side of the shaft then continue wrapping. I put the loose end under the last pass.

Pull up and either put on top of my head to hang SU or shorten the theraband and put over my knee *(approx 5mins per knee to stretch in different directions) and this simulates SO. If privacy allows you can also put the theraband on your foot and stretch your leg for a serious stretch.

I don’t know the force applied but I would guess 8-10lbs can be achieved and if your really serious you can use 2 bands for tension.

I live in Miami Fl, and honestly it is hot as hell here. I also work in an industrial setting where when I am amongst the machinery the temp ranges from 110-130degrees Fahrenheit.

So I spend the majority of my time in a very hot humid environment. I also wear a silicone tube ADS thingie that traps body heat into my unit. I remove the tube and wrap and stretch then replace the tube immediately upon completion.

When I hang/stretch at home I either take a hot shower or use a heat lamp along with a bottle of hot water to heat it up, But at work I really don’t feel the need for the warmup.

Another thing, getting used to the silicone tube here in this heat and humidity was a test of will. There were a few times I ran to the bathroom to remove that damn thing because I thought it was cooking me. But now I can pass the entire day at work *up to 16 hours* with it in place with no discomfort.

When you jelq or stretch you still need to warm up, no matter how hot you think your body is, it’s a slow transgression from the static state of the body to one under stress, i.e. your first fifty jelqs would be a gentle ramp up to full force (for want of a better phrase). Otherwise you are stretching cold with limited effect, or limiting the effect, or worse toughening without lengthening.

Ahh, Now I understand.

When I start my mini routine at work I start with “Firegoat rolls” and I perform about 5-7 and that gets the blood flowing then I do a few light manual stretches with out a lot of force *I.E around the clock type stretches .

Then when I actually wrap and start to “hang” I start off with light resistance by not pulling hard on the theraband, Then I use more resistance. I am fortunate that I pretty much can spend as much time in the restroom as I want. I feel the starting with less resistance then gradually increasing works because it is more gentle on my unit.

I hope this explains it better. I don’t start cold nor do I go “whole hog” all at once.

Sorry about that I will try and explain better in the future.

One other thing, I find that at home and hanging if I take a hot shower then use a combination of hot water bottle and heat lamp while I hang it works very well. Then after I finish I will do a light manual stretch with the hot water bottle *(using it like a fulcrum but will little force. Just really keeping it in an extended state) for 5 mins or so, then I remove the heat and hold the light stretch for another 5 mins or so till it cools off. I will continue this light stretch off and on for the rest of the night until I go to bed.

I emphasize this is a light stretch. Really just enough to keep it from turtling.
