Different Stress Points: Closing legs OR crouching while hanging
When I crouch or do a fetal position type shape I get tugback.
When I close my legs together I get tugback, as opposed to opening them and getting a longer stretch.
I am wondering if this “shortening” or tugback will cause a more effective hanging session?
Has anyone else tried a similar workout? Close your legs together while hanging, or crouching a bit?
