Difference between stretching and weight-hanging

I am not yet ready for weight-hanging as a newbie, just want to understand what is the different in effectiveness for EL gain.

As such there may not be any difference between the both. Just that hanging provides for Hands-free stretching. Also, hanging allows you to increase the strain on your penis by progressive loading of weights.


Walk slowly but never backwards.

Also, when you hang you are in total control over how much weight your penis is being subjected to.

I have often incorparated a technique while standing and hanging straight out.I will turn to my right while the bungee touches my left leg(OTL)for 1 minute then hit the other 2 spots(SO and over my right leg)each for 1 min.Do you think this would yield better or worst results than if I did the whole set in 1 direction(I.e. SO while standing or lying in bed?I thought about this(as I’m sure MANY have)by reading posts by manual stretchers who hit many angles.Any thoughts?

Theoretically, working multiple angles should yield better results. By changing the angles you are focusing on smaller bundles, the “divide and conquer” analogy applies. On the other hand you are spending less time on each bundle. My gut feeling is that the multiple angles routine is more efficient than the single angle routine, especially when you are at a plateau in your gains.
As far as your choice of angles I would skip the the SO (except for warming up and maybe a final “give it al you got” set) and just do SL and SR.
