Damn, gonna have to switch!
My shoulder is actually getting quite bad now, so I think I’m going to have to switch to hanging, which really pisses me off!
I have three 1.25k weights to use.
What kind of hanging time do I need to put in, do you think, to equal the 300 strong 3 second jelqs I have been doing to achieve fatigue?
I managed to hang all 3.75k in three 10 minute sets yesterday, after my jelqing session.
Also, what is a good way to hang SO or SU if you don’t have any kind of pulley to use?
