Countdown Clock/Thanks Dino!
Dino mentioned that he uses a countdown clock that he downloaded in order to accurately time his sets. A search netted me this http://www.cont actplus.com/pro … f/countdown.htm
and I have never enjoyed a more structured routine.
I was even able to install my own wave file as an alarm sound so that now, when it reaches zero a crowd applauds my hard work.
I set it for 20 minutes, collapse it, and forget about it. When the set is finished I simply reset the timer for 10 minutes as a reminder of when to start my next set. No drifting off, no distractions - just a very ordered routine.
