Very excellent point, CC. In this day and age of “Lose 100 lbs in a week” and “2 inches or more in 3 weeks” sometimes it is easy to forget how important time is.

This is me in case you ever want to know what kind of psycho you're dealing with.

I believe if my memory is acurate, Bib used to hang from 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. If anyone wants to know.

I wouldn’t be spending all your time imagining how hard and impossible this is. The mind and body work as a unit. You should be visualizing how doable it is instead otherwise you may as well just throw in the towel since you have already limited yourself. Sending subliminal signals to your body just before you slip off to bed might make an amazing difference especially if you have been grinding your teeth over this and concentrating on whats not happening. I guess some think its about warfare. Then again they want 2 or 3 or 4 inchs in a couple of years. Why not relax a bit, enjoy the process and literally cut your mind some slack. Your body will follow. Steady,consistent work day to day over a longer period of time should eventually produce good gains. A simple ADS system will reinforce the visualization that the Tortoise very often wins the race. best,JelkyWAd

Ok good, just what a beginner hanger needed to hear. Four hours a day of hanging should definetly do the trick, something I’ll want to do in the summer, when I have all day to do whatever I want…
