How much wrap and what type do you use? You may need to increase the length of wrap.

I use the same length on both. I read to use something like 18” of each.

Hi do suffer with same problem, as I am using a home made bib hanger noose style.

My hanging time is around 25 min a session , I do get into circulation problem but not much as the wrap I use makes some circulation still possible even at higher weights .

I need an answer from some veteran hanger-

1-Is circulation very important during hang session?( Since prior to bib hanger phase all the hanging devices were nooses).

2- Are gains hindered by circulation problems?

I logged in many hours with a noose style hanger. The problem isn’t so much that you cut off circulation; it also puts too much pressure on the nerves on the top side of the penis behind the head. With so many choices out there a noose is just a bad idea. Build or buy a better hanger. You only have one dick.

20 minutes is the cutoff time for tissue death when oxygen can’t reach your cells (.e.g because bloodflow is just not there).

Hanging 25 minutes puts you at risk of potentially causing tissue damage / killing tissue in your penis because you’re 5 minutes past that threshold. It might be safer to go 20 minutes max per session. You only have one dick—It’s your choice.

I read through your log and can’t determine if you have overcome the circulation problem. Have you, and if so did it just work itself out or did better wrapping help?

Yeah it was due to developing a much better wrapping. My circulation was a lot better, but still not to the point where there was no discoloration.
