Its actually quite frustrating. So I’m wondering if others have had similar experiences. I’ve been hanging daily, with a rest days, for the last month at 15-20lbs. Last night I did a few sets totaling 50 minutes of BTC with 20lbs, and 20 minutes of OTS with 20lbs. The problem is that when I was finished, I measured my BPFSL and there was NO CHANGE! Same as it was before the session, same as a month ago.

I’m not expecting an erect gain in such a short time, but I would think that with 20lbs for that amount of time, the flaccid stretch would increase by a little.

Anyone else see this type of resistance to stretching?

I read over and over that guys will make sudden gains during a rest period after working on it hard for several weeks. Perhaps no PE for a week might give you a nice surprise.

One month is not a long time in PE terms. I have always said, anyone who gains within 3 months is a fast gainer and should count themselves lucky. 3-6 months is about normal for a first gain.

This time is not wasted at all, every set takes you closer to gains.

Believe me, i know. I’ve been doing PE for over two years, off and on. Gains have always been slow. I was more thinking that the gerneral elastic properties of the ligs and penis would show after 70 minutes of hanging at 20lbs.

Maybe you need 80 minutes, or 21 pounds.

Do you follow the LOT theory?

Yes, my lot is around 9. And I’m hanging 22.5 right now! Oh, feel the burn.
