Its actually quite frustrating. So I’m wondering if others have had similar experiences. I’ve been hanging daily, with a rest days, for the last month at 15-20lbs. Last night I did a few sets totaling 50 minutes of BTC with 20lbs, and 20 minutes of OTS with 20lbs. The problem is that when I was finished, I measured my BPFSL and there was NO CHANGE! Same as it was before the session, same as a month ago.
I’m not expecting an erect gain in such a short time, but I would think that with 20lbs for that amount of time, the flaccid stretch would increase by a little.
Anyone else see this type of resistance to stretching?
