I am relatively new to PE. I completed making the wench and have made some slight mods that I have not seen posted anywhere. I was unable to use rigid pads with the medium sized clamps, so I used some gel insoles. The main difference that I employ is that I use 3 clamps instead of 1 to obtain a good grip. So far, I have hung 10 lbs. I have noticed some significant gains so far.

10 lbs is definetly a lot of weight. How long have you been PEing?

You do not want to jump into hanging wieghts from your dick before you use the right methods and ‘condition’ your penis.. This usually takes at least a month.

If you have not been PEing long, then remember, you only have one dick. Do not be in a rush to make it bigger — because it will be useless if you break it.

Thanks - appreciate your concerns , however, I started at 2 lbs and worked up to 10 lbs in about a month.

What do you think of using 3 cable-clamps instead of hard rubber inserts in the wench?

I have never been able to find the hard rubber pads or grippers, but I love the gel insoles idea. Got to get busy now on my wench.

The gel insoles work for me but only after I added 3-cable clamps to give sufficient support to them. Good luck!

Instead of the floor grippers you can use a rubber (eraser in USA). Just buy them at a stationary store then use a sharpe knife to cut them to the size you want.

A little background info is in order:

Just found out that I have a heart problem and am scheduled for a catherization in about a week.

Became interested in PE about 3 years ago. Did some surfing and tried jelqing. A vein weakened and became an expanded bump so I quit. Still having an interest in self improvement, I began surfing again looking at PE. I discovered that my “bump” was from jelqing with an erection.

The only measurement taken was flacid, stretched and bone pressed which was 7-1/4 inch. I began jelqing and stretching lightly with some gains in my flacid “hang.” Longer and heavier hang was noticed and encouraged continuation. A short time ago, I discovered Thunders Place and have read with great attention a lot of the listings. I became interested in hanging as I spend too much time in front of my computer so the time was there to spend on it.

I made the Captain’s Wench and had some problems. Using gripper pads, I was unable to clamp with the Cable Cuffs obtained from Home Depot. I replaced the grippers with some thin insole material (about 1/8” thick) and used 3 clamps to supply the good strong side support. I worked up to 10 lbs in a month and my current flacid, stretched and bone pressed length is 8-1/4 inches. This is the “significant” results that I obtained.

I have read with great interest about the CCH3 hanger and plan to make one very soon.

I am looking forward to enhanced blood flow after the catherization and potential “stents.” At any rate, I plan to continue with PE.
