Does anyone have experience hanging using a bungee cord instead of stacking on weights? I tried it the other day and got a good steady pull. It forced me to really feel what was going on down there while streching since I couldn’t gauge the hang by weight alone. I must admit although I wasn’t very mobile the ease of connecting and disconnecting and not having to deal with the weights was nice. I could also adjust the angles of hang easily. Some one tell me I’m not the only one this weird.
