Sorry guys, it’s been a while. I had to quit hanging for a while, no privacy, and hanging bundled was tearing the skin on top of the shaft below the glans. I had to stop and let it heal up. So, I’m back to traditional methods, SD, BTC, and Fulcrum hangs.

If I can keep this up steadily for another two weeks - then I’ll measure.

Someone please explain what is “bundled hanging”. I am an avid hanger, using the bib, hanging 2-3 hours per day, reaching 25lbs so far. I still have no clue what is “bundled hanging”. Thanks for any clarification.

Bumping this thread, trying to get someone to explain what is bundled hanging. Please help. I am very curious.

Bundled hanging is a complex hanging technique. It is accomplished by affixing the hanger, usually a compression hanger like the Bib hanger, then imparting a rotational force on the penis and sustaining that level of rotation before suspending the weights.

Basically a twisting motion and sustaining that same amount twist while allowing the weights to do their work. Using this theory will likely require that you reduce the weight until you understand how bundled hanging affects you. You also should split your sets between left and right orientation when you perform your bundle before starting your sets.

It is based on bundled stretching only with greater levels of force for longer periods of time. I would recommend reading up on bundled stretching then attempting several bundled stretches so that you know the amount of degrees of twist that you want to use before using bundled hanging as a technique.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My current PE4F pumping project and my balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *9* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks for the explanation. I will try this out with low weight first.

Also I would think rotational stretching or rotational hanging is a better name for this technique.

It’s been called “bundled” for at least a decade. Doubt it’ll get renamed. I think it’s for the weird way it looks when twisted.
