I’ve been hanging around two weeks. 4-5 sets, 10 mins. Today I upped the sets to 15 mins because I felt I could tolerate it more. Things seem good right now. I notice that my penis isn’t getting cold as fast or feeling weird as fast either.

Dont forget to warm up between sets, 10 min. warm up between them and you will be fine, you should try 6 sets , first one, 10 min, the other five, 15 min. Remember that cells die after 20 minutes if they dont get enough blood, so dont hang longer than that ;)

It sounds like your going to town to me, I have nothing to add unless you want to come over sometime. :)

Are you feeling any fatigue yet?

A little. I felt alot of it in my first couple of sessions, not that much anymore.

If you are not feeling fatigue I would defintely up the sets, or weight. You want to stay fatigued.

What exactly do you mean by fatigued?

A soreness feeling around the penis near the base usually with manual stretchs. Thats what I look for whenever I do some stretching.
