I don’t wabt to buy a hanger just yet, but I want an easier way to stretch btc for longer periods of time.

I have a bungee cord, and heard some stuff about this, so is there a way to stretch btc with a bungee cord? Like a certain way to hook something up?

Using bungee cords to supply tension when hanging, yes. Using a bungee cord as a hanger, no.

What all this ADS, hanger and stretcher business boils down to is that the more tension you want to apply, the better grip you need. However, the better the grip, the less time that grip can be maintained.

If you want a good non-manual pull, use a decent hanger. You can make or buy one. Don’t ask me how to tie a bungee cord on your pecker.
