I’ve always hung in the standing position simply because I thought that’s the way it’s supposed to be done until you no longer gain. After reading about BTC I thought I’d give it a try. The lig stretch is amazing in this position.
My question is whether or not I’m doing it right. I found that sitting in a chair with my feet propped up on a desk required me to slide too low in the chair and arch my back uncomfortably if I wanted a good stretch. So I tried this: Lying down on the edge of a bed with my feet propped up on the top of a chair. In this position the penis/hanger is truely “between the cheeks”, the lig stretch is great and my back is strait.
How do some of the vets feel about this position? I assume “keep it up as long as it works”.
