BTC discomfort....any ideas?

Just curious to know how you guys manage to do more than two sets as sitting on the edge of the chair to hang straight down for BTC really makes the ass get fatigued rather than the member. Any ideas please? Thanks

Try standing up for a minute or two a couple of times during the set. Buy a wooden chair and cut out a little at the edge to allow the weights to drape through.

I just lean back or slouch on my office chair while watching oz or Dexter or anything good, takes your mind off it.I started doing 20 mins and I stand up after 10 mins, do a few squats lol and a swing then sit back down.

First choose a comfortable chair, or better, a sofa or bed. Then put another chair or low table in front of your seat. lay back and move your ass forward until it’s partially in the air, and put your feet on the table. This is very comfortable, and you can go for as long as your hanging session is.

Lay on the bed and put feet on the chair, that’s how I do and it’s very comfortable.
