Well I think I finally got the hang of the wrap, I think. I’ve taken my routine of 2 20 minute sets of 5 lbs & 7.5 lbs in the morning & evening to10 lbs & 12.5 with 10 minute breaks between sets.

I also have a device called a “Penis Stretcher” which I also leave on for an hour or two after hanging.

So here’s my question, I have some bruising or broken vessels in the penis just under the skin on the right side and some purple dots showing up in the head.

No matter how flacid I am when I hang or how cautious I wrap according to the instructions, the head still swells or bubbles but it doesn’t turn completely purple, still cools a little but not as bad.

What supplements can I take for healing of these bruises or whatever they are?

What you are describing is NOT normal, any bruising or purple spots is not a typical response to hanging.

Instead of looking for a supplement to heal the “bruises or what ever they are” you may want to take a step back and reevaluate the situation.

Are you sore in the bruised area?

How many purple spots are there ?

Are they getting better or worse ?

Take it slow.

No, thats what’s really strange, I’m more sore in my ligs as I should be. But there is no soreness on this spot.

There’s only one or two very small purple dots on my head, I will say that the head is more red around the top than usual.

Actually this started this morning after my second hanging session @ 12.5 lbs for 20 minutes. It doesn’t seem to be getting worse. I’ve been applying Hydrocortisone as often as possible. I think I may have stretched a blood vessel or something. What do u think I could be doing wrong?

Well my first thought is your using to much weight and or your wrap is to tight. You mentioned a “penis stretcher” do you have any more info on this product, i.e. website etc.

How long have you been hanging?

Are you using the Bib hanger?

If the head is bubbling or swelling and is aproaching or somewhat the color purple, then you have to much blood in the gland. Before you tighten the hanger completely give the gland area a good squeeze to get any residual blood out of the head. While prior to hanging this may not seem like a big deal this is the source of to much pressure when you have weight appied.

Monitor this situation very closely, you could save yourself some down time if you get it in check now.

The next time you hang go very light to evaluate, then decide what needs to be done.

I’m going to submit some pics of my wrap, my hanging and this penis stretcher when I get back home. I’ve been traveling on business for the last two weeks and haven’t been able to get these posted.

Been hanging for roughly amonth or so, did PE jelqing and such for a month before that.

Yes I’ve been doing this as well, but I gotta tell ya, when I get ready for hanging, I get excited to a small degree, no hard ons or anything but I think it causes a little extra blood flow to start before I hang even tho I squeeze the head during wrapping and while tightening the hangar. I also think what may be happening is that when I hang, I usually stand upright, squat and lean back as well. So I think that the natural course of blood flow tends to follow gravity and eventually ends up in the head

Is 6 days a week to often at 4 times per day too much?

I had many times when I overdid it and had bruising etc. Arnica montana, the GNC brand, always cleared it up for me. Also the wrapping thing which is covered in another thread.

There will be times when you go to hard. Just learn a little and take it easy.

As always you are a big help. Thanks, I’ve taken a couple days off of hanging but am still using the stretcher 2-3 times per day because it’s a passive stretcher.

Try some Vitamin C to help with your bruising. Also when you attach your hanger, if you can’t get enough blood out of the glans try just leaving the hanger on, without tightening, until it subsides. Then stretch out the penis as you squeeze the glans and then tighten the hanger. Wait for a little while before you load the weights.

I know this thread is old, but I haven’t been able to find much about the bruising (not spotting, a big purple bruise) I have near my glans. Bib’s suggestion of Arnica Montana is very interesting to me. Anyone else out there used the stuff and had success?

If Bigger suggested it should be helpful. I have very small purple spot on the underside of the head of my dick from years of hanging and there isn’t any down side as far as performance. The spots aren’t that noticeable and it isn’t a big deal. As i mentioned earlier in this thread ,the primary reason for this condition IMO is because the blood isn’t fully evacuated from the head prior to tightening the hanger.

I haven’t experienced any bruising over the course of my hanging career however had a few other mishaps. As Bigger mentioned some of this is due to pushing the envelope however some is due to sheer carelessness usually because I’m in a hurry.

Thinking out loud the bruising maybe due to the front of the hanger digging into the penis or an uneven or bunched wrap. The slightest bunch in the wrap is magnified when under pressure. The hanger should become one with your penis when in use. You literally shouldn’t feel it hardly at all.

I might add Blink2000 overview on hanging seems to be the best I’ve seen and extremely helpful to all hangers or those considering this option for PE.

Thanks for the thorough reply! I figured that if Bigger said it, it’s probably true or it works.

I haven’t noticed a performance difference either, I’ve had the spot for over a year now. I never really cared about what it looked like until I looked at it in the mirror and it looks pretty ugly. It didn’t actually come from hanging (haven’t tried), it came from stretching, I believe. Before I was a member here I had a preliminary PE career and didn’t pay close enough attention to my PI’s. Eventually I started to get something similar to blistering right at the opening/glans, which turned into the bruise I have now. Needless to say I pay much closer attention now and haven’t added to the bruise.

I’m going to look more into the Arnica in the next few days. Thanks again, you’ve been here a while lz!

before i did the final tightening on the hanger i would always squeeze the gland in the palm of my hand to send the blood out into the shaft and out of the penis.

I had that experience when i noticed the spots on the underside of the head, kinda like shit whats that..

yes I’m practically prehistoric indeed.

I will be in and out from time to time.
