I have noticed on here tha many of you choose only to measure BPFSL only when measuring your length. Why is that? Is there that much of a similarity in your BPFSL and your BPEL gains? The reason I am so curious and concerned with this is, when I went away for Christmas break, I was gone for 10 days. That’s 10 days without hanging or any PE. I did do a few manual V-Stretches, but not enough to get a good workout. Only 4 or 5 tugs per day, spread out in the day. I got back yesterday and then measured BPFSL tonight, with no PE at all yesterday or today. My results from the measurments are the same as they were just before I left for vacation. Does it take a longer break for the measurments to decrease?
