I have noticed on here tha many of you choose only to measure BPFSL only when measuring your length. Why is that? Is there that much of a similarity in your BPFSL and your BPEL gains? The reason I am so curious and concerned with this is, when I went away for Christmas break, I was gone for 10 days. That’s 10 days without hanging or any PE. I did do a few manual V-Stretches, but not enough to get a good workout. Only 4 or 5 tugs per day, spread out in the day. I got back yesterday and then measured BPFSL tonight, with no PE at all yesterday or today. My results from the measurments are the same as they were just before I left for vacation. Does it take a longer break for the measurments to decrease?

BPFSL is simply the most controlled and consistently taken measurement- all you have to do is to tuck your ruler in place and pull that bugger out and check where it lands.

Erect measurements not chemically induced [cavaject] are as much an indication of momentary erectile function as of potential capacity- if you have negative PIs, insufficient stimulus, emotional or other distractions- you may [and likely will] not produce max erection. You may notice a difference in EG measurements or in overall erectilie quality from time to time- same difference.

That your BPFSL is unchanged is a good indication that you haven’t backslid.

General rule is to use top measurements only here at Thunders- as you see from your own measurements that side does add a little something due to placement.
But as these BPFSL measurements are really only useful for tracking progress, ultimately it doesn’t matter as long as you consistently use the same method in the same fashion each time.

Yes, also it shows a sign of things to come with me in terms of gains. For every I dunno, let’s say half inch in BPFSL I gain… it’s like an increase of 1/8 - 1/4” in my erect BP measurement.

I’ve reached a place where my BPEL stays within a .25-.5 inch range of my BPFSL- never closer, with the difference being indifferent wood as smaller than raging wood.
