The best length gaining technique I know of. Figured it needed a thread.

The primary aspect of this excercise that makes it so good is that as one leans back, one is simultaneously pulling their entire penis out, the top of their shaft up and the bottom of their shaft down. Makes for lots of tension in the tunica. Good stuff.

Based on my experience with it, for successful practice of SKF, a very strong BC muscle is required. The biggest impediment to successful SKF is getting one’s sexual energy out of the genital area and up into the spinal column (the Microcosmic Orbit in Taoist SKF parlance). A strong BC muscle really helps in this regard. So, I developed a very good excercise for strengthening the BC muscle. I call it the Bow and Arrow Stretch (BAS). It also has the nice PE benefit of stretching the tunica. Briefly, one rigs up with a hanger (I like the BIB Starter for this application) relatively close to the glans. Placement is not critical however. Place a bungee cord over the top of the top hinge of a door. Place an elastic loop under the bottom of the bottom hinge of the door. Thread hanger rigged penis through elastic loop and place on the dorsal surface of the penis near the base. Attach the hanger to the the bungee cord. Pull back until a good tension is established. Now do kegel exercises. That’s it.

I should point out some of the variations: turning to either side, using the web of your hand to deflect the central portion of the shaft and the Ass Backwards Bow Stretch, where you rig up the same way, but BTC style, facing away from the door hinges. These variations can be done in combination as well.

Oh, forgot to mention, with the Ass Backwards variation, you’ll want to reverse the bungee and the elastic loop…hanger connected to bungee cord connected to bottom of bottom hinge, elastic loop looped over dorsal surface of penis connected to top of top hinge. Otherwise the elastic loop gets placed on your penis’ ventral surface…not good (for one’s urethra). The Ass Backward variation really gets the ligs involved too. I recommend using a swivel connector between your bungee cord and your hanger as well, regardless of variation, it makes connecting to the bungee cord a lot easier and is particularly nice when doing side stretch variations. Anyhoo, there you go. Have fun with it.

With the kegels, this sounds like a gear version of the dude DLD’s “blasters”.

I’ll add some cord to my PE inventory and hook it up on my OTS-chair when my Bib Starter arrives. Meanwhile is kegel time. Never know where the next inch is coming from.

And I’ll have to post pics of my chair sometime. It’s pure medieval, and getting better.

I did 2 sets tonight and the stretch was intense. I will be adding these into my routine.
