Bib vs Captain's Wrench

I am new to haning (almost two months) and I have both and for my situation, need both. I use the Captain’s Wrench at the office as it is less noticable, and if someone comes in my office, it is not evident as I am just standing behind my desk. I love the Bib Starter. I definitely like the way it feels and know I can keep increaing weight without a problem. But they are both great! I started with 5lbs and this second month using 7 1/2 lbs.

I am not saying I cannot conceal the Bib at work, but it is definitely more bulky. As I increase in weight, I may not have a choice.

So your hanging at your desk, dam you have nerves and balls of steel. I also liked both but never could hang at work. Being able to get paid while PE’ing is a wonderful thing:) .

I stand when I hang. I am currently using a 5lb and 2 1/2 lb. plates. I pull my pants leg up, attach weights, then pull my pants leg bottom over weights. If someone comes in, I am just standing behind my desk, I don’t walk around. They can’t see anything.

Where do you get these things at?
