I gained a 1/2” of erect length with a homemade BIB over about a 6 month time frame of very inconsistant work. Got a BIB Starter on the way and look forward to getting back into hanging very much! I have the regular model as well but, I want to be able to hang with the hanger farther back from the glans than I currently can.

2” in 6 months can’t be bad and all directly attributed to Bib’s handiwork! I’m resting from hanging at the moment - it was time consuming, but for me it worked - unequivocally! There’s some old pics of mine in the Member’s Pics forum of my first 3 months growth and detailed reports in the Progress Reports forum if you’re interested. Pretty soon I’m going to get started on that last 1” which will bring me up to 8”bp and judging by my results so far, I have no doubt I’ll get there ….. eventually! I’m in no hurry, however stopping might be a problem…… I’m kinda getting fond of being larger! :chuckle:

Hey Lil…did you start with the starter or regular hanger? I have very similar starting stats as you did hopefully I can have similar gains..congrats on those gains it must feel awesome..I’ve ordered both versions of the hanger since I’m optimistic about outgrowing the starter.

I’ve gained 1.5 - 1.75” erect length from hanging. I’ve been hanging off & on for about 20 months now. The first 5 months or so, I gained very little… then WHAM! About an inch in 6 weeks or so. Kinda like my ligs just suddenly decided to give up the battle ;-). I don’t know how unusual this sort of thing is… most guys I’ve read about report slow, steady growth until plateauing at some point.

The first 1.25” I gained was from using “The Grip”. I took a couple of months off after that, then began again for about three months… gained at most 1/8” during that stretch. I think that was because I wasn’t increasing in weight, or trying different positions… and that I was focusing more on jelq-type exercises at the time. After three months of that I was kinda burned out, and with little growth to show for a lot of hard work (I hate jelqing!), I stopped.

I took it back up again about 8 weeks ago after making myself several different “homemade Bibs” and AFB hangers. I didn’t measure until last week… mostly because I assumed that I had probably lost some length during the several months I took off, and didn’t want to let myself get frustrated over what I assumed would be lack of results yet. Imagine my surprise when I found that I had gained almost another 1/2” in that time! I attribute this to the heavier weights I could hang with than “The Grip”, and the fact that I had been hanging almost exclusively BTC since starting again.

I’ve now received and have started using the latest “Bib”… the best hanger I’ve used so far! :-) I can’t wait to see what may come of my efforts in the upcoming months.

My only regrets now are that I didn’t find this forum sooner… I probably would have been “hanging smarter” for a whole lot longer, without all of the layoffs. Who knows where my gains might be by now? :-)

Has anyone else made any gains with the BIB ?

The answer is very relative and vast man. I’ve seen alot of questions like this on PE related forums but really now, why not buy one and see it for yourself? Why it shouldn’t work?. With patience, care and time you should see something, if not, than fuck it and try something else. I’ve been doing PE for almost 2+ non-consistent years now (clamping, edging, jelq, horse squeezes etc.. Hell a lot of things for girth only) and I haven’t measured myself because I don’t care of the numbers for now. Anyway my eyes don’t lie. I’m fucking fatter, veiner and a little bit longer, an trust me it’s something than nothing. And will never fucking stop because I like doing PE too much, I love it actually and soon I will do hanging too and of course with no doubt I will order one from MR bib. SO BROTHER, JUST HAVE A LITTLE FAITH in you and listen to your dick very carefully. Show some love to your dick and he will show it to you aswell, peace man.

I have gained and I haven’t been as consistent as I should.

Plus if you go to the bib hanger forum you will find others who have gained.

For me personally I didn’t really gain with manual stretches and the appeal to hanging was knowing the exact amount of force and time. With my arms I never truly knew how much I was pulling in that moment.

Hi, just wanted to chime in.. I’m pretty new to PE, but found this forum and hit it pretty consistently for about 6 months, stopping about a year ago. I ramp-ed up pretty quick, and was probably averaging about two hours of hang time total with 10 lbs using a bib-like hanger I found somewhere on the nets. Over that period, went from about 7 1/4” NBPEL to about 8 1/2” NBPEL, and about 5 3/4” girth to 6.” I am just starting to get back into it, but I was definitely skeptical and have been made a believer. Thanks for the info. How do you think the girth came about and is the girth uniform growing or more from the base?
And in which direction did you hang?(straight out..,)

Was hanging straight down, BTC. Girth gains definitely started being noticeable at the base but eventually got pretty uniform.

Hi guys, I would like to know how many of you who are doing good with hanging are cut and uncut. I have a lot of skin and I would like to know if extenders would be better for me instread of hanging.

Also, how many of you as well as the hanger also use an ADS to “heal stretched”.

Sorry if I am getting out the subject, maybe is also interesting for the starter of the thread.
