I am feeling a pull down to my sphincter muscle, a burn. Did anyone of you guys feel this. I feel it mainly when hanging with my new pulley system :) OTS or up and outside the shoulders. its intense.


I get the same feeling when I hang straight out or over the shoulder. I think those positions really hit the root of the penis.

nope.. but i will right now.. I have gained 1/2 inch in one month…..:) I don’t want to push it because I want to make sure I am healing . Thats why I was wondering about the total fatigue feeling. I think its time to rest for a day or two. I took last night off and maybe tonight too. Ill check how I Feel tonight. Thanks for asking..

I don’t know about all the way to the sphincter, but I did feel the ‘burn’ fairly deep. This was only OTS. The ligs will take the stress at other angles, so it would be difficult to affect the deep internal structures at other angles.

Congratulations on the gains. Don’t really know why, but I get a kick out of hearing about them, and it keeps me going. So thank you for reporting.
