I’ve been hitting a lot of different angles during my manual stretching, and have been feeling good stretching deep within. Right now, I’ve got that hit in the nuts=punched in the stomach kinda feel. I hypothesize this is from stretching the ligs/tunica where they attach to the back of the pubic wall, correct?

Is this a good thing? I sure hope so…

Hmmm. I do not really know about this. I did not ever have a “hit in the nuts=punched in the stomach kinda feel” that I remember. Or not for more than a few seconds if I screwed something up. You know, dropped the weights or something.

I think you should back off a little and re-evaluate the situation. That phrase really kind of bothers me. Not the kind of soreness you are looking for.

Never mind… Turns out it was non-related intestinal distress brought on by too much fresh garlic consumption agravated by overzealous reverse kegelling…

All is now well :)

This is probably a condition that does not warrant reverse kegels…
