I have been hanging for 2 weeks now and I have gone from a BPEL of
5 7/8” to 6 1/8”. My EG is 6”. My daily routine is 6 sets of 20 minutes a day, hanging 2 lbs and 750 jelqs. I want to work up to hanging 40 to 50 lbs within 1 year and want to reach my goal of 10 ” BPEL within 2 years. I have read your autobiographical thread and have made up my mind to use you as the example I want to follow.

My problem is this:

You stated that because you work at home you were able to hang relatively all day long without any kind of breaks in between. This is something that I cannot do because of the fact that I work as a mailman. My day is spent sitting in a mailtruck sometimes for as long as 10 hours a day (ususally 8 hours).

What do you recommend I use as an ADS? Also, is the fact that I am going to be in a sitting position for such a long period going to affect any progress I make using an ADS?

I know that I will make progress simply by continuing the routine I am on now, but I feel that I cannot reach my goal of 10” without incorporating an all day strectcher.

Another fellow Texan and fellow Newbie here. Bib is the mentor of many probably all of us here at T’s Place, and you can take any advice he gives you to the bank, but until he chimes in let me say there are lots of things you can be doing while sitting in that rig all day. You should be Fowfering and Kegaling constantly. As far as ADSs, hell yeah, I’d never pass a mile marker without one on if I had your job. Not everyone has the advantage of being able to work at home, so I PE at work. Fortunately I sit behind a computer all night in a private, locked office. Due to a depressing low LOT I have rigged a small pulley underneath my desk and I’m hanging 12’lbs straight up as I type this. Of course nothing will get you gains as fast as dedicated PEing in the privacy of your own home, but when you can’t do that, do what you can. Neither rain, sleet nor snow should keep these appointed couriers from their rights to PE.

I still can’t get over how good my dick feels since I started PEing. I am definitely in this for the long haul and when I get encouragement from folks in my home state, it makes me even more determined.

Well, there are a bunch of good ADS systems on the forums. About all seems safe and relatively cheap.

But I would be wrong to recommend anything because I never used an ADS and have no personal knowledge. I would recommend you try out several different systems to see what you like best. First, why not try wrapping to remain in the extended state. Second, I would go with lils traction system. There is a tutorial on it in the tutorials section.

Finally, the good news. You are splitting your sessions, so there is little chance for tissues to bunch and heal before the next session. I really like the split session idea for guys with limited time. Keep that up. It makes an ADS less important.

I can’t for some reason download lil1’s tutorial video. Can you please explain what his traction system is? My computer is very slow, pretty much sucks so any help would be greatly appreciated.
