BIB-Fellow Texan Needs Help!`
I have been hanging for 2 weeks now and I have gone from a BPEL of
5 7/8” to 6 1/8”. My EG is 6”. My daily routine is 6 sets of 20 minutes a day, hanging 2 lbs and 750 jelqs. I want to work up to hanging 40 to 50 lbs within 1 year and want to reach my goal of 10 ” BPEL within 2 years. I have read your autobiographical thread and have made up my mind to use you as the example I want to follow.
My problem is this:
You stated that because you work at home you were able to hang relatively all day long without any kind of breaks in between. This is something that I cannot do because of the fact that I work as a mailman. My day is spent sitting in a mailtruck sometimes for as long as 10 hours a day (ususally 8 hours).
What do you recommend I use as an ADS? Also, is the fact that I am going to be in a sitting position for such a long period going to affect any progress I make using an ADS?
I know that I will make progress simply by continuing the routine I am on now, but I feel that I cannot reach my goal of 10” without incorporating an all day strectcher.
