Best way of hanging, some ideas

Is it truly stealthy to the extent that you can wear it outside the house and not be embarrassed by it?

Or is it just convenient enough that you can, say, wear it around the house while doing things like watching TV or eating (which would add up by the way)?

I’m going to gather the supplies to make myself a “Captain’s Wrench” next week. That to me looks like a good way to hang. I won’t be able to hang much though. I have a 17 year old daughter and a 10 year old daughter. So, although my wife and I do our PE efforts and VT efforts together - they have to be very private, behind closed doors. I’m not in a position to walk around the house with weights hanging off of me.

Is hanging still effective if it’s done for a short time i.e. 30 minutes at night after the kids have gone to bed? Should it be done at a totally separate time from my regular PE workout which already takes over an hour each night.

I’ve got to figure out if I should do my clamping and hanging as I progress to these things along with the regular workout or maybe at a different time a few hours separate from it. Anyone know the best way to go about this?

I wear it out and about all the time (the Vacuextender). If your pants are relax fit (not baggy) just normal relaxed fit it probably wont show up. I use relaxed fit dark wrangler jeans from Walmart and no one can tell. the maxvax isn’t that noticeable either you would be surprised.

I have attached a picture (sorry for the quality) but I hope it can give you an idea. Also check out the ADS video BTC put together showing him using the Max-Vac as an ADS. I can vouch that if you wear similar pants it is just as unnoticeable. I think using lighter colored pants such as khaki might make it more noticeable, but then again I wouldn’t know about that since I don’t wear um. Id does work well under loose slacks as well.

Another was to look at it is that I have used the PE weights and I find that the Vacuextender head is by far less noticeable.

I used a Captain’s Wrench as my first hanging device. It is definitely great for the money or testing out hanging to see if you like it. I think if you are new to hanging 30 mins will be ok for a while, but to see real gains the I would say you need to hang minimum 1 hour a day or more. Don’t let that discourage you though for all we know you might be a person who can gain with only 30 min. Everyone is different. Also if you find you like hanging I would definitely recommend you getting a vacuum hanger. The comfort level a vacuum hanger gives you (if done correctly) is by far greater that that of any type of clamping hanger.

Some will say not to clamp while going for length. I’m not one of these people. I am currently doing my own little study on gaining length (and obviously girth) from clamping and hanging. While out giving too much information about about the study ,as it is not ready yet, my best advise is to clamp right after you are done with your hanging routine.

Hey Joe_Smith, thanks for the information. I suppose after acclimation to hanging (I’m not actually ready to start yet, just planning ahead), I could move my “going in my bedroom to read” time up an hour or so.

Skin pull is determined by where the seal actually seals on the shaft. A long seal = pulling from further down towards the base, a short seal (ending close to the glans) results in less - which is why MB recommends to cut them as short as possible.

There is a thread in which I and MB argued against CrashEx (Crash being in disguise). I’ve posted pictures there on how much the seals pull. I’ve understood the MacVac to be no stretchier than MBs seals, so the argument seems valid for that product as well.

Vacuum with pump is totally uneccessary. The vacuum force will always be equal to the weight applied. Pumping out to achieve a vacuum that is greater than that which the weight would cause makes little sense to me.

Joe - no fight *s*. If my physical understanding is correct, the no pump method simply creates a vacuum by the pull of the weight. If you would attach a manometer you could actually measure the vacuum in terms of inches Hg. If you pump prior to attaching the weights, you have the vacuum a little earlier - so there is really no reason to fight. Physics dictate that a vacuum is created UNLESS you get the pull to the skin. So - no disagreement I would think - ok?

Regarding the pe weights and skin pinching: there are medical tapes which are used for finger injury - cotton in the shape of a condom. If you slide one over your dick before attaching the weights pinching is much less of an issue (at my current girth, at least). May be you want to give it a try and please feedback whether it worked fine or not.

Btw - I tried fulcrum hanging again today with 15 pounds but with the fulcrum 2 inches higher than the base of my dick, maximum tunica and septum fatigue ever.

Mgus - your statement is correct. Funnily I wrote practically the same in my last post and once it was posted I saw your post (which was posted before mine but appeared only after mine was on my screen..

I always try to adjust the vacuum to the weight I hang and I have a fairly good feeling for the amount of vacuum required for a given weight - just by experimenting. I thereby achieve perfect comfort an zero pinching or slipping up to 20 pounds so far.

Finally - I would like to study the thread you mentioned in some detail if you could be so kind and give me the link.

Hello can you explain the donut effect? Cause I hang with vacuum and after I have like swallowing on my cock is that the donut=? Like liquid build up inside.. How can I avoid it? I am afraid it will pop one day during hanging..

I have a little room in the basement o my house, it has two functions:

It’s where my drum-set stands, and since I started I refined that room for it’s second function: pe.

I already had attachments at the ceiling and opposite wall of my drum-set for hanging straight uo and straight out using ball bearing pulleys (which make hanging very comfortable while moving a little during drumming; can be found in sail-boat supply stores, the smaller ones are around $15,—, the bigger, better ones up to $100,—).

Yesterday I attached hooks at the right and left of my drumming seat. At 20 minutes and 15 pounds for each side I got tremendous fatigue of both tunica and ligs, but on the sides, like never before.

Hello, I would like to ask which vacuum hanger are you guys using.. and what kind of material are you using in order to keep the air inside..

I have one.. but sometimes I feel that its not superbe… I have a plastic rigid chambre.. I feel that sometimes its too small tu manipulate and stick the dick in it.. but then it could be too large and permit water swallowing under the glans…
