Why I can’t figure out what kind of medical tape you are using? Do you the brand of the tape you are using? so I can try to do a search and have a look at it. I tried micropore yesterday, very good, no blister no fluid, but “OOOUUUCCHH” when I tried to take it off.

BTW, what’s the “BEST WAY OF LEFT/RIGHT HANGING”? Any good “NO PULLEY” system? Sitting or standing?

I have problems to locate and feel my tunica when it’s stretched.
Please describe where you feel your fatigue and how it does feel.

I feel my tunica particularly well when I do fulcrum hanging with 15 pounds - straight down but the fulcrum makes the dick go straight up first then 180° you-turn and straight down. The fatigue then is felt in the dorsum of the penis and it is a kind of burning sensation right under the skin with a maximum at the turning point of the you-turn.

I have not had this problem. I think the constriction sleeve needs to extend down far enough so that it overlaps with the main (outer) sleeve. The outer sleeve needs to cover the constriction sleeve for at least a short run, I think. This will help to “tack down” the constriction sleeve and keep it from slipping off.

As this thread say: BEST WAY OF HANGING, I need some ideas.

I just started my hanging for 4 days, 2x15 mins @2pounds, and for incoming weeks, I will increase step by step, so which is better for maximizing gain, for maximizing conditioning my penis, and NO INJURIES:
increase the weight, increase the time or increase the reps? And at what kind of increment?

I started with one set in the morning, one at noon one in the evening to leave some time for healing between sets. Later, reps can be accumulated (3 in a row with 5-10 minutes rest between sets.

Time should not be increased above 20 (max 30) minutes imo.

I would probably increase hanging time to 20 slowly at first, since you are almost there anyhow.

Then I would very slowly increase weight until 10-15 pounds.

my favorite vacu-hanger wrap

I use a scrunci head wrap which covers my penis head and I roll it down my penis. Next I take co flex tape and start wrapping below my galns and work my way up in an X fashion covering my head, I then work my way back down and i’m done. The scrunci head wrap insures that you are not making direct contact with the co flex tape and it much better for your skin cause it keeps everything in place. Try it out has been working for me so far.
