I think I am ready to start hanging.so my question is, from everyones experience, what is the best method for quick length and girth gains? I’ve read a lot of these threads and they all sound effective, but I just want to know what is the best from an experienced hanger. Thanks

Buy a bib hanger (regular or starter depending on your size), understand the LOT theory and how it applies to the angles and do lots of reading on hanging before you start. You could also make your own hanger and there’s lots of instructions on this site. You need to understand too that hanging takes a lot of time and you have to be dedicated to the program or it will just be a waste of time.

Start with a low weight beginner program and understand wrapping first.

Good post, that just about says it all.

Begin with light ADS (like PEweights) and then incorporate heavier hanging with the Bib. The combination can’t be beat for results.
